Caracterización y epidemiología de la mancha foliar (Cercospora sp) de la Lechuga variedad Great Lakes en Lamas, San Martín

Abstract

The present work of investigation was carried out in the city of Lamas, in the horticultural farm house The Hope. The work was carried out in 2 stages: First it was realised in the field, where a pursuit to a parcel became of lettuce culture Great Lakes variety, this in order to evaluate the agronomic workings that realize, symptoms of the disease was described, collected the samples of ill plants, evaluated the incidence and severity of the disease of leaf spot, using the method of Stover modified by Gauhl and With the collected data of severity, the curve of progress of the disease was realised, using 3 mathematical models epidemiologists: Logistic, Monomolecular and Gompertz. The second stage was developed in the vegetal medical laboratory of the National University of San Martin - Tarapoto, where it evaluated the test of phatogenicid, characterization of the fitophatógen and test of poisoned food. The obtained results determined: the pathogen Cercospora longissima is the causal agent of leaf spot in the culture of Lettuce. The mathematical model of Gompertz described in graphical form the curve of progress of the disease and formulated products: Mancozeb + Metalaxil 3g. /L., Tiofanate Metil + Thiram 3g. /L., Mancozeb + Metalaxil 2g. /L., they reduced to the growth and development of the fungus in laboratory.

El presente trabajo de investigación se llevó a cabo en la ciudad de Lamas, en el fundo hortícola La Esperanza y se llevó a cabo en 2 etapas: La primera se realizó en el campo, donde se hizo un seguimiento a una parcela de cultivo de lechuga variedad Great Lakes, para evaluar las labores agronómicas que realizaron, describir la sintomatología de la enfermedad, recolectar muestras de plantas enfermas y evaluar la incidencia y severidad de la enfermedad de la mancha foliar utilizando el método de Stover modificado por Gauhl y con los datos obtenidos de severidad se realizó la curva de progreso de la enfermedad, empleando 3 modelos matemáticos epidemiológicos: Logístico, Monomolecular y Gompertz. La segunda etapa se desarrolló en el laboratorio de sanidad vegetal de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín – Tarapoto. Se evaluó la prueba de patogenicidad, caracterización del fitopatógeno y prueba de alimento envenenado. Los resultados obtenidos determinaron: Cercospora longissima es el agente causal de la mancha foliar en el cultivo de lechuga. El modelo matemático de Gompertz describió en forma gráfica la curva de progreso de la enfermedad y los productos formulados: mancozeb + Metalaxil 3g./L. , Tiofanate Metil + Thiram 3g./L. , Mancozeb + Metalaxil 2g./L. , redujeron el crecimiento y desarrollo del hongo en laboratorio.
