Next to indicate that the jungle north eastem have a high potential turist example we have to Tarapoto city such as "The city of the Palmers" in view climatologies conditions tropics and this to add the gratitude and solidarity of poblation. This antecedents us to permit to select like object of study of investigation of the fourteen (14) hotels categorically of the districts in where this activity to win a space in the market national and intemational the which be evidence with the good orientation in matery of accountancy managership in the take of decision managership, in this case we started of the next problem interrogative : ¿influence the accountancy managership in the take of decision of the hotels company of the distrit of Tarapoto - Period 2012? Making front to saying problem it's considered like HYPOTHESIS that the accountancy managership have a high grade of influence positive in the take of decision of the hotels company of the district of Tarapoto. The INSTRUMENTS utilizes in the investigation for the together of dates were inquest, observations and reference bibliographic. Such as Internet navegation. The report finally of thesis in mention have information and contribution importants about the accountancy managership and your repercussion with the take of decisions to adopt apart of the Chart of Command Integral. The RESULTS of the investigation to show that influence the accountancy managership positive in the take of decisions of the hotels company.

La industria turística a nivel mundial continúa generando expectativas muy notorias, lo cual causa el incremento cada vez con mayor fuerza y desarrolla un papel muy protagónico para la prosperidad de las diferentes ciudades en el mundo, pero para esto deben basarse en capacitaciones profesionales de alta especialización, asistida por las tecnologías de información y comunicación, en donde progresivamente se irá satisfaciendo las necesidades de los clientes con la aplicación del ongoing. Cabe indicar que la selva nororiental tiene un enorme potencial turístico ejemplo tenemos a la ciudad de Tarapoto conocido como "La ciudad de las Palmeras", dada a sus condiciones climatológicas tropicales y a esto .se lo agrega la gratitud y solidaridad de sus pobladores. Estos antecedentes permitieron elegir como objeto de estudio de investigación a los catorce (14) hoteles categorizados del distrito, en donde esta actividad se ganó un espacio en el mercado nacional e internacional, el cual se evidencia con la buena orientación en materia de contabilidad gerencial en la toma de las decisiones empresariales, en tal sentido partimos del siguiente problema interrogativo: ¿Influye la contabilidad gerencial en la toma de decisiones de las empresas hoteleras del distrito de Tarapoto - Período 2012?. Haciendo frente a dicho problema se ha considerado como HIPÓTESIS que la contabilidad gerencial tiene un alto grado de influencia positiva en la toma de decisiones de las empresas hoteleras del distrito de Tarapoto. Los INSTRUMENTOS utilizados en la investigación para la recolección de datos fueron encuestas, observaciones y referencias bibliográficas, así como navegación en Internet. El informe final de tesis en mención contiene información y aportes importantes sobre la contabilidad gerencial y su repercusión con la toma de decisiones adoptadas a partir del Cuadro de Mando Integral. Los RESULTADOS de la investigación han demostrado que influye la contabilidad gerencial positivamente en la toma de decisiones de las empresas hoteleras de Tarapoto.
