Abstract: The present thesis project "Risk disaster evaluation for flood of the Filled Center San Jose de Habana- Habana, 2012". It performs vital importance to develop it, to anticípate disasters that could affect both the people and the environment, thus altering the quality and the living standard ofthe populated center, having as principal aim evaluate the risks of disaster for tlood ofthe filled center Habana San Jose. A work ofvalidation was realized in field, through the referencing and taking pictures of the potential dangers or threats by flood, identified in the working meeting, dangers or threats that could affect not only the crops, homes but also the investment in basic infrastructure and human lives in a possible occurrence of a disaster [n this sense the study, it is vital because through it you can generate planning alternatives, educational and awareness with the local population, in order to prevent the flooding areas identified in the future causing greater damage and losses. In addition, the present study will guide the work of the technical municipal, local facilitators, trainers, educational, professionals interested in the topic and other people in order to propose alternatives to reduce vulnerability and to increase the safety levels of the population of the populated center. At the conclusion of the present study it was found that the Habana San Jose town has high, average and low irrigation; presents alternatives or measures to reduce damage or loss, with the aim of achieving greater sustainability of investments in the SNIP that is achieved through a coordinated planning in different levels: local, regional and national. This involves the participation of all stakeholders of the Habana district, to promote a better understanding of the risks and flooding dangers, as well as distinguish the vulnerabilities of the needs and assess the social and organizational capabilities in each of the levels.
El presente proyecto de tesis "Evaluación de riesgo de desastre por inundación del Centro Poblado de San José de Habana- Habana 2012". Es de vital importancia desarrollarlo, para prevenir desastres que podrían afectar tanto a la población como al medio ambiente, alterando la calidad y el nivel de vida del centro poblado, teniendo como objetivo principal evaluar los riesgos de desastre por inundación del centro poblado de San José de Habana. Se realizó un trabajo de validación en campo, mediante la georeferenciación y toma de fotos de los potenciales peligros o amenazas por inundación, identificados en la reunión de trabajo, peligros o amenazas que podrían afectar no sólo los cultivos, viviendas sino que también las inversiones de infraestructura básica y las vidas humanas en una posible ocurrencia de un desastre. En este sentido dicho estudio, es vital ya que a través de ella se pueden generar alternativas de planificación, educativas y de sensibilización con la población local, con el fin de evitar que las áreas inundables identificadas en el futuro provoquen mayores daños y pérdidas. Además el presente estudio orientará el trabajo de los técnicos municipales, facilitadores locales, capacitadores, docentes, profesionales interesados en la temática y otras personas con el fin de proponer alternativas para reducir la vulnerabilidad e incrementar los niveles de seguridad de la población del centro poblado. Al concluir el presente estudio se encontró que el centro poblado San José de Habana tiene riego alto, medio y bajo; se presenta alternativas o medidas para reducir daños o pérdidas, con la finalidad de lograr una mayor sostenibilidad de las inversiones en el SNIP que se logra a través de una planificación coordinada en los diferentes niveles: local, regional y nacional. Esto implica la participación de todos los actores involucrados del distrito de Habana, para promover un mejor entendimiento de los riesgos y peligros por inundación, así como distinguir las vulnerabilidades de las necesidades y valorar las capacidades sociales y organizacionales en cada uno de los niveles.
