Incidencia y principales indicaciones de cesáreas en el Hospital MINSA, Nivel II-2, Tarapoto. Periodo enero - diciembre del 2016

Abstract

La presente investigación responde a la pregunta ¿Cuál es la incidencia y principales indicaciones de cesáreas, en el Hospital MINSA, nivel II-2, Tarapoto, durante el periodo enero – diciembre del 2016?, por lo que se plantea el objetivo principal de conocer la incidencia de la operación cesárea y las principales indicaciones para su ejecución, en el Hospital MINSA, nivel II-2, Tarapoto, durante el periodo enero-diciembre del 2016, para así poder realizar un juicio crítico respecto a esta práctica, y luego tomar decisiones para la mejora en la calidad de atención y la reducción en el número de cesáreas injustificadas. El capítulo I aborda el problema del aumento en la incidencia de cesáreas, superando los valores recomendados por la OMS, a nivel internacional y nacional, y las implicancias médicas y no médicas que lo está desencadenando, culminando en la justificación y la importancia de este estudio. En el capítulo II se definen los objetivos de esta investigación en base al problema. En el capítulo III se realiza una revisión de los antecedentes y fundamentos teóricos, de la clasificación de la cesárea, sus complicaciones, y la clasificación de sus indicaciones en absolutas y relativas, así como las características demográficas y clínicas que se desarrollaran en este estudio. En el capítulo IV se expone las estrategias, lineamientos y medios necesarios para realizar la investigación, así como la descripción de la población de estudio, de la cual se extrajo una muestra de 312 pacientes. En el capítulo V se muestra los resultados de la investigación, describiendo la prevalencia encontrada de cesáreas, todas las características demográficas y maternas descritas para este estudio y todas las indicaciones registradas, a través de tablas y gráficos. En el capítulo VI el investigador compara los resultados con los hallazgos de otros estudios, realizando un juicio crítico respecto a los mismos, para culminar en las conclusiones y recomendaciones en los dos capítulos siguientes. En este contexto el estudio resuelve el problema, describiendo la incidencia de cesárea e identificando sus principales indicaciones en el en el Hospital MINSA, nivel II-2, Tarapoto, resaltando el juicio crítico de los resultados para elaborar las recomendaciones, para el beneficio del paciente.

The present investigation responds to the question What is the incidence and main indications of cesarean sections at MINSA Hospital, level II-2, Tarapoto, during the period January-December of 2016? for which the main objective of knowing the incidence is raised of the cesarean section and the main indications for its execution, at MINSA Hospital, level II-2, Tarapoto, during the January-December period of 2016, in order to be able to make a critical judgment about this practice, and then make decisions for the improvement in the quality of care and the reduction in the number of cesareans without justification. Chapter I addresses the problem of an increase in the incidence of cesarean sections, surpassing WHO and internationally and nationally recommended values, and the medical and non-medical implications that are triggering it, culminating in the justification and importance of this study. Chapter II defines the objectives of this research based on the problem. In Chapter III a review of the antecedents and theoretical foundations, the classification of the cesarean section, its complications, and the classification of its absolute and relative indications, as well as the demographic and clinical characteristics that were developed in this study are made. Chapter IV describes the strategies, guidelines and means necessary to carry out the research, as well as the description of the study population, from which a sample of 312 patients was extracted. Chapter V shows the results of the investigation, describing the prevalence of cesareans, all the demographic and maternal characteristics described for this study and all the indications recorded, through tables and graphs. In Chapter VI the researcher compares the results with the findings of other studies, making a critical judgment about them, culminating in the conclusions and recommendations in the next two chapters. In this context the study solves the problem, describing the incidence of cesarean section and identifying its main indications at MINSA Hospital, level II-2, Tarapoto, highlighting the critical judgment of the results to elaborate the recommendations, for the benefit of the patient.
