The present scientific research studies the design of high strength concrete 𝑓'𝑐 ≥900 Kg / 𝑐𝑚2 , using local inputs such as aggregates (quarry Buenos Aires - Province of Picota), Portland cement type I (cement plant Pacasmayo - Prov. of Rioja) and national inputs such as microsilice (SIKA FUME) and superplasticizer (SIKA VISCOCRETE 20HE); developed with the aim of demonstrating that using local inputs can produce this type of concrete; allowing to present a new alternative in materials for the regional construction industry. This research began with the determination and the obtaining of the physical and chemical characteristics of the inputs predisposed to use; Then, we proceeded to increase designs of mixtures; was started by creating a Concrete Pattern (C ° P), with relation Water / Cement (A / C) equal to 0.40; from here, a new design is experimented, using the additive (superplasticizer) at a rate of 1.5% of the cement (Wc), reducing the A / C ratio to 0.25, a mixture that was denominated as Concrete plus Superplasticizer Additive (C ° AS). Finally, working the C ° AS mixture plus the addition of the microsilice, thus obtaining a dose of superplasticizer of 1.4% of Wc for a dose of microsilice of 9.5% of Wc, mixture called Concrete plus Superplasticizer and Microsilice additive (MS 9.5), concrete with which optimum and encouraging results were obtained. The mixtures worked with A / C ratio of 0.25, obtained settlements of order from 7 to 9 in. and an extensibility between 40 and 55 cm, considering them as concrete of high resistance and semi-self-compacting. The designs use as a base the mix design method proposed by the ACI 211.4R Committee and investigations performs a national and international level; All worked and monitored under the Peruvian Technical Standards. The highest average compressive strength obtained was 1222 Kg / 𝐶𝑚2 at the age of 56 days, result obtained with the design MS 9.5; surpassing initial expectations and demonstrating that it is possible to be in the height of new concrete technologies using local inputs.
