Abstract

El crecimiento demográfico de la población y el desarrollo económico dado en el campo de la agricultura y la construcción del departamento de san martin en los últimos 16 años viene alcanzando niveles importantes dentro del país es por tal que la sociedad debería estar preparada y capacitada en ámbitos administrativos y técnicos y con suficiente infraestructura que le permita estar acorde al crecimiento vertiginoso de la región. en ese contexto se puede plantear la arquitectura, como una herramienta capaz de permitir lograr el objetivo de brindar calidad e eficiencia en sus órganos administrativos de diferentes puntos de vista, entre ellos mejorar la infraestructura y el confort del usuario de la dirección regional de agricultura-morales san martin es por ello que, la presente tesis plantea el desarrollo de la “propuesta del diseño arquitectónico de la dirección regional de agricultura morales – san martin.” teniendo como órgano administrativo a la dirección de agricultura. se entiende que el carácter de un proyecto como este, se ha efectuado con base en el análisis de los problemas, que dicha institución tiene con su infraestructura para los cuales el proyecto plantea un diseño arquitectónico acorde con las necesidades que dicho establecimiento requiere exigencias de “la dirección regional de agricultura”.

There is understood that the character of a project as this one, has been effected by base in the analysis of the problems, which the above mentioned institution has with his infrastructure for which the project raises an Architectural Design according to the needs that the above mentioned establishment needs requirements of "The Regional Direction of Agriculture ".
