Ejecución de inversiones y su relación con la tasa de desempleo en la provincia de San Martín, periodo 2010 - 2015

Abstract

La presente tesis tuvo como problemática el constante aumento del desempleo en la provincia de San Martín, a pesar de que se estuvo designando montos elevados en los presupuestos por parte del Estado. Así mismo, presentó como objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre la ejecución de inversiones y la tasa de desempleo en la provincia San Martín, periodo 2010 – 2015. A su vez presentó un tipo de investigación no experimental, con diseño correlacional, cuya población y muestra poblacional fue el nivel de ejecución de inversiones y el índice de desempleo en la provincia de San Martín durante los periodos: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 y 2015. Por tanto se llegaron a las siguientes conclusiones: existió un bajo nivel de ejecución de inversiones durante los periodos estudiados, esto debido a malos manejos en la ejecución del presupuesto designado para las obras públicas, así mismo, se pudo evidenciar la falta de productividad de algunos operarios que ejecutan dichas obras. También se llegó a la conclusión de que existe un alto índice de desempleo en la provincia de San Martín debido a que el Estado no estuvo realizando trabajos eficientes en la fomentación y creación de empleos dignos para toda la población dentro de la provincia de San Martín. Por último, se llegó a la conclusión que existe una relación inversa entre las variables objeto de estudio de la presente investigación, ya que mediante el estadístico de prueba t de Student se obtuvieron los siguientes datos: a un nivel de significancia del 95%, con 5 grados de libertad, la t tabular (Tt) es igual a 2.132 y la t calcular (Tc) es igual a 84.4, por lo tanto la Tc es mayor, encontrándose así en la zona de rechazo de la hipótesis nula, aceptando así hipótesis alterna, la cual asevera que existe una relación inversa entre la ejecución de inversiones y la tasa de desempleo en la provincia de San Martín, periodo 2010 – 2015. In this thesis entitled : Implementation of investment and its relationship with the unemployment rate in the province of San Martin, period 2010 - 2015. It had as problematic rising unemployment in the province of San Martin, although it was designating high amounts in the budget by the state . It aimed : To determine the relationship between investment performance and the unemployment rate in the province of San Martin, period 2010 – 2015. had a type of non-experimental research , with a correlational design, population and sample population whose runlevel investment and unemployment in the province of San Martin during periods : 2010 , 2011, 2012 , 2013, 2014. They reached the following conclusions: there was a low level of implementation of investment over the periods studied , this due to mismanagement in the execution of the designated for public works and same budget, was evident lack of productivity of some workers who They execute such works. Also, it is concluded that there is a high unemployment rate in the province of San Martin , this because the state was not doing effective work in fostering and creating decent jobs for the entire population within the province of San Martin. Finally , it was concluded that there is an inverse relationship between the variables under study in this research , because by the statistic t test the following data were obtained : a significance level of 95%, with 4 degrees of freedom , the tabular t ( Tt ) is equal to 2,132 and t calculate ( Tc ) is equal to 84.4, therefore the Tc is higher, so being in the area of rejecting the null hypothesis , accepting hypothesis AC , which asserts that there is an inverse relationship between investment performance and the unemployment rate in the province of San Martin, period 2010-2015 .
