Factores socioculturales y nivel de vínculo afectivo en madres adolescentes y recién nacidos atendidos en el Hospital II-2 MINSA Tarapoto. Abril - setiembre 2016

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los factores socioculturales y el nivel de vínculo afectivo en madres adolescentes y recién nacidos atendidos en el Hospital II-2 MINSA Tarapoto. Abril - Setiembre 2016. Es un estudio descriptivo, correlacional de corte transversal, cuya muestra fue de 170 madres adolescentes, que cumplieron criterios de inclusión. Se utilizó como instrumento de recolección de datos el cuestionario y la guía de observación. Los resultados fueron: Existe relación positiva Alta estadísticamente significativa (p < 0,05), entre los factores socioculturales y el vínculo afectivo que desarrollan las madres adolescentes con sus recién nacidos. Los Factores Socioculturales predominantes son: edad entre 15 a 17 años (49,4%), estado civil conviviente (51,9%), grado de instrucción primaria y secundaria (43,0% y 39,2% respectivamente). El 74,7% realiza labores dentro del hogar y el 97,5% acepta al producto de la concepción. El 48,1% desarrollan un vínculo afectivo alto, el 38,0% nivel medio y el 13,9% nivel bajo. Se concluye que existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre los factores socioculturales y el vínculo afectivo que desarrollan las madres adolescentes con sus recién nacidos (p < 0,05).

The present study aimed to determine the relationship between socio-cultural factors and the level of affective attachment in adolescent mothers and newborns treated at the MINSA II-2 Tarapoto Hospital. April - September 2016. This is a descriptive, cross-sectional correlational study, whose sample was 170 adolescent mothers, who met inclusion criteria. The questionnaire and the observation guide were used as a data collection tool. The results were: There is a positive relation. High statistically significant (p < 0.05), between the sociocultural factors and the affective bond that the adolescent mothers develop with their newborns. The predominant sociocultural factors are: age between 15 and 17 years (49.4%), civil status (51.9%), primary and secondary education (43.0% and 39.2%, respectively). 74.7% work inside the home and 97.5% accept the product of conception. 48.1% develop a high affective bond, 38.0% average level and 13.9% low level. We conclude that there is a statistically significant relationship between the sociocultural factors and the affective link that the adolescent mothers develop with their newborns. (p < 0.05).
