Proyecto de un centro superior de arte y cultura en la ciudad de la Banda de Shilcayo

Abstract

La presente investigación ha tenido como objetivo principal realizar un diseño de un centro superior de arte y cultura que brinde una infraestructura adecuada para la enseñanza y desarrollo de estas actividades artísticas ubicado en la Banda de Shilcayo, de tal manera que se optó por una investigación aplicada – descriptiva, tomando una muestra de 50 jóvenes entre 15 a 29 años de edad, para ser encuestados. Además, se emplearon fichas de campo para analizar diversos datos que implican el desarrollo del proyecto. Para finalmente llegar a las siguientes conclusiones: Tras analizar el contexto de la zona urbana de la zona destinada al proyecto, se logró determinar la ubicación, siendo esta entre dos vías importantes: Carretera Fernando Belaunde Terry C-9 que es una vía interdistrital y una vía importante Jr. Ahuashiyacu C-11 que conecta a los AAHH, del Distrito de la Banda de Shilcayo. Así mismo se ha logrado determinar que el terreno está a un nivel de +2.00m respecto al área circundante, de tal manera que se ha llegado a conocer que cuenta con una topografía levemente accidentada e impide que el desarrollo del proyecto cuente con movimientos de tierra pronunciada para su correcta nivelación. Por otro lado, tras desarrollar la encuesta se ha logrado identificar que los manifestaciones artísticas y culturales, son diversas, siendo estas la danza, música, teatro, pintura, escultura, grabados, artes plásticas, carpintería, cerámica, serigrafía, fotografía y las artes literarias. Las cuales son desarrolladas en diversos centros de formación de la provincia de San Martin. En la zona se ha visto diversos centro culturales y artísticos, pero sin embargo no cumplen con las expectativas de la población, estos muchas veces en cuestiones de infraestructura, ya que estos desean un lugar apropiado para recibir la enseñanza, de tal manera que, de implementarse un nuevo centro de formación, que cumpla con todas las expectativas, la población está dispuesta a asistir a ella. Además, la creación de un centro de formación cultural y artística, beneficiaria a toda la población san martinence, tanto de manera social, educativa y económica, así mismo sería un gran impulso para el turismo, sobre todo revalorizar la costumbre y culturas de nuestra región.

Which they are developed in various training centers in the province of San Martin. The area has seen various cultural and artistic center, but nevertheless do not meet the expectations of the population, these often on infrastructure issues, as they want an appropriate place for teaching, so that, implemented a new training center that meets all expectations, the population is willing to attend. In addition, the creation of a center of cultural and artistic training, benefiting the entire population san martinence both social, educational and economic way, so it would be a great boost for tourism, especially revalue custom and cultures of our region
