Gestión de calidad aplicando la Norma ISO 9001 en la construcción de la infraestructura educativa Nº 00187 Surquillo – distrito de San Fernando - provincia Rioja – región San Martin

Abstract

Las construcciones en el Perú actualmente se vienen desarrollando de manera creciente, como país en vías de desarrollo, se están realizando las mejorías o remodelación total en todos los niveles, empezando por su gestión, organización y sobre todo estructuralmente, en función a ello se viene efectuado diversos proyectos de construcción para el beneficio de la población en general. La investigación se desarrolló en el distrito de San Fernando distrito de la provincia de Rioja en el departamento de San Martín, ubicado a 1,150 msnm, donde la importancia de una Gestión de Calidad en un proyecto de edificación educativa es para generar confianza en la calidad del producto, por la rigurosidad en la aplicación de la normatividad constructiva por los métodos constructivos. Se plantea como objetivo mejorar la calidad de infraestructura aplicando la Norma ISO 9001 en la Institución Educativa N° 00187 SURQUILLO – Distrito San Fernando – Provincia de Rioja – Departamento San Martín, en la que hace una investigación de Gabinete y en Campo. Posterior a la recopilación de información se observó que la mejor alternativa en cuanto al desarrollo de estructura educativa representa el ISO 9001, donde los elementos de control topográfico, control de excavaciones, colocación de concreto y trazo, replanteo y nivelación fueron rigurosamente analizados para alcanzar la calidad esperada, permitiendo de esta manera la aceptación de la hipótesis de investigación que indica “Si se diseña un modelo de gestión de calidad sustentando la aplicación de la norma ISO 9001 entonces se resolverá la falta de sistema de gestión de calidad la construcción de la institución Educativa N° 00187 Surquillo – Distrito de San Fernando – Provincia Rioja – Región San Martín”

It raises the question of how to improve the quality of infrastructure by applying ISO 9001 at the Educational Institution N° 00187 SURQUILLO - District San Fernando - Province of La Rioja - Department of San Martin, in which an investigation of Cabinet and in the field. Subsequent to the collection of information it was noted that the best alternative in terms of the development of educational structure represents the ISO 9001, where the topographic control elements, control of excavations, placement of concrete and stroke, rethinking and leveling were rigorously analyzed in order to achieve the expected quality, allowing in this way the acceptance of the research hypothesis that says "If you designed a model of quality management to underpin the implementation of the ISO 9001 then solve the lack of quality management system in the construction of the Educational Institution N° 00187 Surquillo - District of San Fernando - Province of La Rioja - San Martín Region"
