dc.description.abstractLa investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Proponer un Diseño de un Paso a Nivel en la Avenida Salaverry – Intersección Urbana con los Jirones Amorarca y Rafael Díaz, mejorando el tránsito peatonal y la Congestión Vehicular del Distrito de Morales e implementando una biblioteca pública, Provincia y Región San Martin, para analizar la problemática de diseño y conservación en la vialidad de la ciudad, lo que origina el desequilibrio entre la sostenibilidad de la urbe y la calidad de vida. Esta investigación propone el mejoramiento de la reducción del congestionamiento vehicular, a través de la incorporación de un Diseño de un Paso a Nivel o intersección urbana en busca de la sostenibilidad urbana y la calidad de vida, centrándose así en el tema de la calidad del entorno urbano, con el fin de apaciguar las emisiones de la contaminación visual, sonora y atmosférica. Tipo de investigación es Descriptivo – no experimental. Se trabajó con una muestra de 385 habitantes para la recopilación de información, se aplicaron encuestas y la observación directa del sector a intervenir, surgiendo como hipótesis referida a la propuesta. El procesamiento de datos y presentación de los resultados se muestra en cuadros y gráficos respectivos, además en los respectivos planos de diseño urbano, mostrado a través de formato 3D y maqueta respectiva. Los resultados permitieron determinar la problemática existente de la vialidad urbana en el distrito de Morales. Concluimos que la investigación es un aporte en el campo de la Arquitectura, y la valoración de esté en el aspecto urbano, que se fundamenta a partir de un nutrido uso de terminología esencial que explicarán las variables del Diseño Paso a Nivel en la Avenida Salaverry – Intersección Urbana con los Jirones Amorarca y Rafael Díaz de la ciudad de Morales.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe research had as its general objective: Propose a Design of a Level Crossing on Salaverry Avenue - Urban Intersection with the Amorarca and Rafael Diaz streets, improving pedestrian movement and Vehicles Congestion and also, implementing a public library, in Morales District Province and San Martin Region, to analyze the problems of design and conservation in the city's roads, which causes the imbalance between the sustainability of the city and the quality of life. This research proposes the improvement of the reduction of traffic congestion, through the incorporation of a Design of a Level Crossing or urban intersection in search of urban sustainability and quality of life, thus focusing on the issue of the quality of the environment urban, in order to appease the emissions of visual, sound and atmospheric pollution. Type of research is Descriptive - not experimental. We worked with a sample of 385 inhabitants for the collection of information, surveys and direct observation of the sector to be intervened, arising as a hypothesis referred to the proposal. The data processing and presentation of the results are shown in respective tables and graphs, in addition in the respective urban design plans, shown through 3D format and respective model. The results allowed to determine the existing problematic of the urban road in the district of Morales. We conclude that the research is a contribution in the field of architecture, and the assessment of it is in the urban aspect, which is based on a large use of essential terminology that will explain the variables of the Step-Level Design in the Salaverry Avenue - Urban Intersection with Amorarca and Rafael Díaz streets in the city of Morales.es_PE
