Abstract: Se presenta resultados de una investigación de tipo descriptivo, referente al Clima organizacional de los docentes, donde participaron un total de 38 docentes de nivel secundaria de la Institución Educativa Juan Jiménez Pimentel de la Provincia de San Martín en la Región San Martín, en donde se evidenció un clima organizacional variado. Tratar de entender el impacto que los individuos, los grupos y la estructura tienen sobre el comportamiento dentro de la organización, permite mejorar la eficacia de ésta y el alcance de sus objetivos, este comportamiento se dá debido a la cultura organizacional que en ellas prevalece. Reflejo de ello es el clima organizacional, el cual permite conocer las percepciones que el trabajador tiene de las características de la organización, que influyen en las actitudes y comportamientos de los docentes de los cuales se presentan los porcentajes en los gráficos de dicha tesis. El estudio se realizó entre los meses de agosto a diciembre del año 2016, con un enfoque cuantitativo, usando como técnica de información la observación, encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, basados en la escala de LIKERT. Finalmente, mediante los resultados se busca identificar indicadores de un buen clima organizacional y las dificultades que generan las mismas, con la finalidad de plantear medidas de mejora en dicho clima organizacional, concluyendo que para mejorar las buenas relaciones de los docentes en la I.E. Juan Jiménez Pimentel es necesario las constantes capacitaciones, talleres y charlas.
The results of a simple descriptive research are presented, which refers to the Organizational Climate of the Teachers. A total of 38 teachers from the secondary level of the Juan Jiménez Pimentel Educational Institution of the Province of San Martín participated in the San Martín Region, where a satisfactory organizational climate is evident. Trying to understand the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on the behavior within the organization, allows to improve the effectiveness and reach of its objectives, this behavior occurs due to the organizational culture that prevails in them. Reflection of this is the organizational climate, which allows to know the perceptions that the worker has the characteristics of the organization, which influences the attitudes and behavior of teachers, it is necessary to conduct research regarding the organizational climate (CO). The study was carried out between the months of August and December of 2016, with a quantitative approach, with the use of the information technique, the survey and the instrument of the questionnaire. Finally, the results are analyzed by looking for indicators of a good organizational climate and the difficulties generated by them in order to propose improvement measures in the organizational climate. This study arrived at the conclusion that the relations of the teachers in the I.E. Juan Jiménez Pimentel are the right ones.
