Evaluación de tres niveles de torta de girasol (5%, 10%, 15%), como fuente de proteína en la alimentación de cuyes (Cavia porcellus) en la etapa de engorde en la región San Martín

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como título “EVALUACIÓN DE TRES NIVELES DE TORTA DE GIRASOL (5%, 10%, 15%), COMO FUENTE DE PROTEÍNA EN LA ALIMENTACIÓN DE CUYES (Cavia porcellus) EN LA ETAPA DE ENGORDE EN LA REGIÓN SAN MARTÍN”, así mismo con el objetivo de contribuir al conocimiento en la alimentación de cuyes, con insumos, de la zona que logren satisfacer las necesidades de mantenimiento, crecimiento, producción y determinar el efecto de los niveles de torta de girasol en la ganancia de peso, conversión alimenticia, tasa de mortalidad y rentabilidad económica. La investigación fue realizada en el Módulo de cuyes del Centro Académico Agropecuario Miraflores de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la UNSM-T, del distrito de la Banda de Shilcayo, Provincia y Región de San Martín. Se utilizó el Diseño Completamente al Azar, con arreglo factorial 4 x 2 y con observaciones incompletas por tratamiento. Los resultados obtenidos indican que los tratamientos: T3 (Dieta balanceada con 10% de torta de girasol + forraje) y el T4 (Dieta balanceada con 15% de torta de girasol + forraje), fueron las raciones alimenticias más determinantes que influenciaron en el crecimiento y engorde, obteniendo en la variable de Peso vivo final (g), promedios de 1,070 g y 1,050 g de peso final. La Conversión Alimenticia obtuvo promedios de 7,3 y 7,44. Retribuyendo económicamente el T4 (15% P.T) mostrándonos una utilidad neta de S/. 312.69 y una rentabilidad neta de 16.90% a comparación del T3 (10% de torta de girasol + forraje), T2 (5% de torta de girasol+ forraje),y T1 (Cuyina + Forraje) con una utilidad neta de s/. 282.79, s/. 238.44, s/. 232.17 y una rentabilidad neta de 15.10%, 12.89%, 11.77%.

The following investigation work titled as “EVALUATION OF THREE LEVELS OF CAKE OF SUNFLOWER (5%, 10%, 15%), AS SOURCE OF PROTEIN IN THE FEEDING OF CUYES (Cavia porcellus) IN THE STAGE OF FATTENING IN THE REGION SAN MARTIN", Likewise with the objective of contributing to the knowledge in guinea pig feeding, with inputs, from the area that meet the needs of maintenance, growth, production and determine the effect of sunflower cake levels on weight gain , food conversion, mortality rate and economic profitability. The research was conducted in the Cuyes (guinea pig) Module of the Miraflores Agricultural Academic Center of the Faculty of Agrarian Sciences of the UNSM-T, Banda de Shilcayo District, Province and Region of San Martín. The Completely Random Design was used, with factorial arrangement 4 x 2 and with incomplete observations by treatment. The results obtained indicate that the treatments: T3 (balanced diet with 10% of sunflower cake + forage) and T4 (balanced diet with 15% of sunflower cake + forage), were the most determining food rations that influenced growth and fattening, obtaining in the variable of final live weight (g), averages of 1,070 g and 1,050 g of final weight. The Food Conversion obtained averages of 7.3 and 7.44. Financially remunerating the T4 (15% P.T) showing us a net profit of S /. 312.69 and a net return of 16.90% compared to T3 (10% of sunflower cake + forage), T2 (5% of sunflower cake + forage), and T1 (Cuyina + Forage) with a net profit of s /. 282.79, s /. 238.44, s /. 232.17 and a net return of 15.10%, 12.89%, 11.77%.
