Mypes; Obligaciones Tributarias y Laborales

Abstract

La presente monografía titulada “MYPES; OBLIGACIONES TRIBUTARIAS Y LABORALES”, tiene como objetivo dar a conocer y analizar las obligaciones tributarias y laborales de las Mypes. Se describe los principales beneficios societarios, tributarios, laborables y contables que las Mypes deben tener en cuenta para no incurrir en ningún tipo eventualidad que pueda perjudicar su crecimiento económico ya que esta va de la mano con la generación de empleo sostenible que es vital para nuestro país. Las micro y pequeñas empresas juegan un papel muy importante en el desarrollo del país, por el cual una de las principales preocupaciones de estado es promover un entorno favorable que le brinde al empresario las herramientas necesarias para su desarrollo, de esta manera lograr la formalización y competitividad de las mismas. Las Mypes a pesar de su importancia tienen dificultades para surgir en el mercado, es por ello que mediante la creación del nuevo Régimen Mype Tributario se pretende mejorar los niveles de organización, administración, tecnificación y comercialización de las Mypes.

The present monograph entitled "MYPES; TAX AND LABOR OBLIGATIONS ", aims to publicize and analyze the tax and labor obligations of Mypes. It describes the main corporate, tax, labor and accounting benefits that Mypes must take into account in order to avoid any type of eventuality that could harm their economic growth, since this goes hand in hand with the generation of sustainable employment that is vital for our country. Micro and small companies play a very important role in the development of the country, whereby one of the main concerns of the state is to promote a favorable environment that provides the entrepreneur with the necessary tools for their development, in this way to achieve formalization and competitiveness of them. Mypes despite their importance have difficulties to emerge in the market, that is why by creating the new Tax Mype Regime is to improve the levels of organization, administration, technology and marketing of Mypes.
