Niveles de anemia en pacientes perioperatorios del servicio de traumatología correspondiente al periodo enero – setiembre 2018 del Hospital MINSA II - 2 Tarapoto

Abstract

El presente trabajo de tesis es un estudio descriptivo no experimental que tiene como objetivo determinar los niveles anemia en los pacientes del servicio de traumatología del Hospital MINSA II-2 Tarapoto correspondiente al periodo de Enero – Setiembre del 2018. En el estudio participaron 283 pacientes del servicio de traumatología del Hospital MINSA II – 2 Tarapoto. Se utilizaron las historias clínicas de dichos pacientes para la recolección de datos. Los resultados del trabajo se detallan a continuación: El grupo etario de estudio más frecuente fue de los jóvenes, lo que representan el 39,6% del total de la muestra. El sexo masculino fue predominante en el 58,7% y de éstas el 31,7% sufre de anemia al ingreso, 39,9% de anemia preoperatoria y 33,6% de anemia postoperatoria. De los 283 pacientes estudiados, 157 de ellos padecen de anemia de algún grado al ingreso al servicio; 208 de ellos padecen de anemia preoperatoria y 175 padecen de anemia postoperatoria; y finalmente 182 pacientes presentan una recuperación rápida intrahospitalaria, 82 una recuperación lenta intrahospitalaria y 19 una recuperación tardía intrahospitalaria.

The following thesis work is a non-experimental descriptive study that aims to determine the levels of anemia in trauma patients Tarapoto II-2 MINSA Hospital corresponding to the period of January - September 2018. In this study were involving 283 patients of the Trauma service of the Tarapoto II-2 MINSA Hospital. The clinical records of these patients were used for data collection. The results of the work are detailed below: The most frequent study group was that of young people, which represents 39.6% of the total sample. Males were predominant in 58.7% and 31.7% suffered from anemia at admission, 39.9% from preoperative anemia and 33.6% from postoperative anemia. Of the 283 patients studied, 157 of them suffer from anemia of some degree upon admission to the service; 208 of them suffer from preoperative anemia and 175 suffer from postoperative anemia and finally 182 patients had a rapid in-hospital response, 82 a slow in-hospital recovery and 19 a late in-hospital recovery.
