Abstract

El presente informe de ingeniería denominado Culminación de construcción del local municipal del centro poblado Lahuarpia – distrito de Jepalacio – provincia de Moyobamba a nivel de inversión pública, se desarrolló en la Facultad de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Nacional de San Martin – Tarapoto. El presente informe de ingeniería consiste en la construcción y culminación de la infraestructura existente, destinado al funcionamiento del local municipal del centro poblado Lahuarpia, el cual ha sido concebido por la urgente necesidad de crear las condiciones óptimas de la infraestructura mencionada, la cual cuenta con una construcción que se encuentra en columnas y muros, y debe continuarse con un primer nivel que tenga una losa aligerada y un segundo nivel con techo de estructura de madera y cobertura de calamina; con el fin de que el centro poblado cuente con la disponibilidad necesaria para la prestación de servicios y desarrollo de actividades funcionales, administrativas, financieras, técnicas, que requiere la población de Lahuarpia, la cual alcanza actualmente un número de 8,500 habitantes. El Gobierno Regional San Martín a través del Proyecto Especial Alto Mayo en cumplimiento al planeamiento estratégico de la región vienen cumpliendo una destacada labor conduciendo y dirigiendo proyectos de inversión en el sector transportes para lograr el desarrollo económico de esta región. A nivel local, con las coordinaciones realizadas entre el PEAM y autoridades de la localidad beneficiaria, se considera de vital importancia la construcción de la edificación, puesto que se logrará el desarrollo socio cultural de la zona y el mejoramiento gradual y continuo de la gestión municipal correspondiente.
