Presupuesto Municipal y la ejecución del gasto en saneamiento rural en la Municipalidad Distrital de Rumisapa periodo 2011 - 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Presupuesto Municipal y la ejecución del gasto en saneamiento rural en la Municipalidad Distrital de Rumisapa periodo 2011-2018”, el objetivo general es determinar el grado de incidencia entre el presupuesto municipal y la ejecución del gasto en saneamiento rural en la municipalidad de Rumisapa periodo 2011-2018. La metodología fue de tipo aplicada, nivel relacional y diseño no experimental. La muestra de estudio fue la documentación referente al presupuesto municipal y la ejecución del gasto de la municipalidad en estudio entre los años 2011 – 2018. Por tal motivo, la técnica que se consideró fue el análisis documental con su instrumento la guía de análisis documental. Los resultados muestran que el estado del presupuesto municipal fue bajo debido a que el Presupuesto Institucional de Apertura (PIA) a inicios de cada periodo analizado, es decir, del año 2011 al 2018, presento variaciones ya que en algunos años hubo incrementos, mientras que en otros años descendieron, por otra parte, el Presupuesto Institucional Modificado (PIM) presento montos superiores a los 4 millones de soles entre los años 2016 – 2018. En cuanto al resultado estadístico se ha logrado evidenciar que el valor de significancia fue menor al margen de error de 0,05 y que el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson resulto igual a ,883. En conclusión, se logró aceptar la hipótesis de investigación planteada, el grado de incidencia entre el presupuesto municipal y la ejecución del gasto en saneamiento rural en la Municipalidad Distrital de Rumisapa periodo 2011-2018, es significativo.

The following research titled as “Municipal Budget and the execution of rural sanitation expenditure in the Rumisapa District Municipality 2011-2018 period”, the general objective is to determine the degree of incidence between the municipal budget and the execution of rural sanitation expenditure in the municipality of Rumisapa period 2011-2018. The methodology was applied type, relational level and non-experimental design. The study sample was the documentation referring to the municipal budget and the execution of the expenditure of the municipality under study between the years 2011 - 2018. For this reason, the technique that was considered was the documentary analysis with its instrument the document analysis guide. The results show that the state of the municipal budget was low because the Institutional Opening Budget (PIA) at the beginning of each analyzed period, that is, from the year 2011 to 2018, presented variations since in some years there were increases, while in other years, on the other hand, the Modified Institutional Budget (PIM) presented amounts greater than 4 million soles between 2016 - 2018. Regarding the statistical result, it has been possible to demonstrate that the value of significance was lower than the margin of error of 0.05 and that Pearson's correlation coefficient was equal to, 883. In conclusion, it was possible to accept the proposed research hypothesis, the degree of incidence between the municipal budget and the execution of rural sanitation expenditure in the Rumisapa District Municipality 2011-2018 period, is significant.
