Factores de riesgo materno-fetales asociados a ruptura prematura de membranas en gestantes pretérmino atendidas en el Hospital II-2 Tarapoto en el periodo de octubre del 2017 a setiembre 2018

Abstract

El Estudio de los Factores de riesgo materno-fetales asociados a ruptura prematura de membranas en gestantes pretérmino atendidas en el Hospital II-2 Tarapoto en el periodo de octubre del 2017 a setiembre 2018, tuvo como objetivo Conocer los factores de riesgo maternos-fetales asociados a ruptura prematura de membrana en gestantes pretérminos atendidas en el Hospital II-2 Tarapoto, el tipo de investigación utilizado fue no experimental, cuantitativo descriptivo de corte transversal, la población y muestra que se utilizó fue 58 casos. La técnica seleccionada para esta investigación fue la encuesta y como instrumento se usó el cuestionario. Se obtuvo como Resultados, que la edad de las gestantes tiene una media de 24.35 años y mediana de 24 años y la edad que más se repite es 24 años, la edad mínima es de 17 años y la edad máxima es de 41 años. En relación a la edad gestacional en semanas de la gestante se tiene una media de 35.79 semanas y una mediana de 35 semanas. El nro. de hijos tiene una media de 0 hijos y una mediana de 1 hijo. Se determinó que un 84%. (49) gestantes, presentan periodo intergenésico mayor a 18 meses, y un 16% (9) de las gestantes presento periodo intergenésico menor a 18 meses, un 66% (38) gestantes No presentan como antecedente el aborto y un 34% (20) gestantes Si refieren antecedentes de Aborto, un 91% (53) gestantes refieren ser ama de casa, y un 6% (3) gestantes refieren su ocupación en trabajo independiente, y solo un 3% (2) son estudiantes, un 78% (45) gestantes refieren de 5 a 8 controles prenatales, y solo un 22% (13) refiere de 0 a 4 controles prenatales, un 90% (52) gestantes refieren Si tener infección urinaria, y solo un 10% (6) refiere No tener infección urinaria, un 93% (54) gestantes refieren No tener infección vaginal, y solo un 7% (4) refiere Si tener infección vaginal, un 66% (38) gestantes presenta una hemoglobina entre 9.6g/dl a 10.9g/dl, y solo un 10% (20) presenta una hemoglobina entre 11g/dl a 13.6g/dl.
