Abstract: Objetivo.
Objective. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of variations in humidity, temperature and atmospheric pressure in preeclampsia, in pregnant women treated at Hospital II-2 Tarapoto, from October 2017 to October 2019 Methodology. Observational research, because there was no intervention in the variables, transversal because the measurement was performed only once, retrospective because the variables were measured in the past and analytical because the study includes two variables, relational level whose objective is to compare both variables. Documentary technique, data collection instrument. The contrast statistic is the chi square for categorical variables. Results. The variations in the atmospheric temperature increase the cases of preeclampsia in pregnant women treated in the Hospital II - 2 Tarapoto, from October 2017 to October 2019, with 0.2% of error it is determined that the non-hot temperatures increase the cases of preeclampsia increasing it in up to 0.59 times more the risk of presenting preeclampsia. Variations in atmospheric humidity increase cases of preeclampsia in pregnant women treated in the Hospital II-2 Tarapoto, from October 2017 to October 2019, with 0.15% of error it is determined that atmospheric humidity increases cases of preeclampsia increasing it in up to 0.58 times more the risk of presenting preeclampsia. Variations in atmospheric pressure increase cases of preeclampsia in pregnant women treated in the Hospital II-2 Tarapoto, from October 2017 to October 2019, with 0.15% of error it is determined that high atmospheric pressures increase cases of preeclampsia increasing it in up to 1.3 times more the risk of presenting preeclampsia. Conclusions: The frequency of preeclampsia is higher in months with less heat, more relative humidity and higher atmospheric pressure than are the months from September to May.
