Relación del derecho a la cesión de uso y el cumplimiento de protección de las tierras con aptitud forestal en la Comunidad Nativa de Mushuck Llacta de Chipaota, Provincia de San Martin - 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el derecho a la cesión de uso y el cumplimiento de protección de las tierras con aptitud forestal en la Comunidad Nativa de Mushuck Llacta de Chipaota, Provincia de San Martin - 2019. El tipo de investigación fue básica, de nivel descriptivo que responde un diseño no experimental correlacional, teniendo como muestra de estudio a 25 jefes de familia de la Comunidad Nativa de Mushuck Llacta de Chipaota del Distrito de Chazuta; y la técnica utilizada en el presente estudio fue la encuesta, y el instrumento de recolección de datos que se aplicó fue el cuestionario. Los resultados de mayor frecuencia nos indican que el 56% de la muestra de estudio perciben de manera favorable el estado situacional del derecho a la cesión de uso sobre la propiedad integral que cuenta la Comunidad Nativa de Mushuck Llacta de Chipaota; y en cuanto al grado de cumplimiento de protección de las tierras con aptitud forestal que viene ejecutando la comunidad se ubicó en la escala valorativa “Alto” con un 52%. La dimensión posicionamiento presento un mayor grado de relación con la dimensión conservación (r= 0,850); a diferencia de la dimensión usos (r=0,815) y dimensión beneficios (r= 0,811), correlacionando entre sí de manera positiva y considerable. Se concluyó que, si existe una relación significativa entre el derecho a la cesión de uso y el cumplimiento de protección de las tierras con aptitud forestal en la Comunidad Nativa de Mushuck Llacta de Chipaota, Provincia de San Martin - 2019; hallándose una sig. bilateral (0,000 < 0.05) y una correlación de Pearson (r = 0,862) que representa un grado de relación positiva considerable entre las variables estudiadas, el cual indica dependencia total entre ellas.

The general objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between the right to the assignment of use and the compliance of protection of the lands with forest aptitude in the Native Community of Mushuck Llacta of Chipaota, Province of San Martin - 2019. The type of research was basic, of a descriptive level that responds to a non-experimental correlational design, having as study sample 25 householders of the Native Community of Mushuck Llacta de Chipaota of the District of Chazuta; the technique used in the present study was the survey, and the instrument applied for data collection was the questionnaire. The most frequent results indicate that 56% of the study sample favorably perceives the situational status of the right to the assignment of use of the integral property that the Native Community of Mushuck Llacta de Chipaota has; regarding the degree of fulfillment of protection of the lands with forest aptitude that the community has been executing, it was located in the "High" valuation scale with 52%. The positioning dimension presented a greater degree of relationship with the conservation dimension (r= 0.850); unlike the uses dimension (r= 0.815) and benefits dimension (r= 0.811), correlating with each other in a positive and considerable way. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the right to the assignment of use and the protection compliance of the lands with forest aptitude in the Native Community of Mushuck Llacta de Chipaota, Province of San Martin - 2019; being a bilateral sig. (0,000 < 0.05) and a Pearson correlation (r = 0.862) that represents a considerable positive relationship between the studied variables, which indicates total dependence between them.
