Aplicación de la filosofía Lean Construction en la etapa de ejecución del casco estructural de la obra: mejoramiento de los servicios de salud del centro de salud I-4 Picota, provincia de Picota - San Martín

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se enfoca en la aplicación de la filosofía lean construction como sistema de planificación, control y mejoramiento de la productividad en un proyecto de construcción. El objetivo principal se centra en revertir una situación desfavorable mediante el empleo de la Filosofía Lean Construction en la etapa de ejecución del casco estructural de obra para lograr un avance acumulado ejecutado respecto a lo acumulado programado mayor al 80% para el quinto mes de ejecución de una obra cuyo plazo contractual es de trece meses. En el desarrollo del presente trabajo se describe los principales conceptos teóricos y el empleo de las principales herramientas de la filosofía Lean Construction (Layout de obra, sectorización, plan maestro, histograma del personal obrero, nivel general de actividades, carta balance), con la finalidad de que sea una guía para estudiantes y profesionales que quieran conocer más de esta filosofía. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que mediante el empleo de la filosofía lean construction se optimizan los recursos, se reducen los trabajos no contributorios, se tiene un mejor planeamiento y control de la obra, por ende, mejora la productividad. Finalmente se puede concluir que gracias a la aplicación de la filosofía Lean Construction mejoró el sistema de producción, obtuvimos un mejor control de obra y gracias a ello se cumplió la meta trazada para el quinto mes de ejecución de obra.

The following work of investigation was focuses on the application of the lean construction philosophy as a planning, control and productivity improvement system in a construction project. The main objective is to reverse an unfavorable situation through the use of the Lean Construction Philosophy in the stage of execution of the structural hull to achieve an accumulated progress executed with respect to the accumulated programmed greater than 80% for the fifth month of execution of a work whose contractual term is thirteen months. In the development of the present work, the main theoretical concepts and the use of the main tools of the Lean Construction philosophy (Layout of work, sectorization, master plan, histogram of the workers' staff, general level of activities, balance sheet) are described, with the purpose of being a guide for students and professionals who want to know more about this philosophy. The results obtained show that through the use of the lean construction philosophy, resources are optimized, non-contributory work is reduced, there is a better planning and control of the work, therefore, productivity is improved. Finally, it can be concluded that thanks to the application of the Lean Construction philosophy, the production system improved, we obtained a better control of the work and thanks to this the goal set for the fifth month of execution of the work was fulfilled.
