Implementación de un sistema integral de información para la gestión interinstitucional de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local El Dorado, 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada: “Implementación de un sistema integral de información para la gestión interinstitucional de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local el Dorado, 2018”, tuvo como objetivo general: mejorar la gestión interinstitucional haciendo uso de un sistema integral de información en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local El Dorado, 2018. Con los métodos usados se tuvo una investigación de tipo aplicada y diseño pre experimental. La población compuesta por 187 personas (directores y especialistas). La muestra constituida por 126 individuos. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos fue el cuestionario, las fichas, guía de entrevista y el sistema SIGE. En los resultados obtenidos muestran que el uso de un sistema integral de información tuvo influencia significativa en la gestión interinstitucional de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local del Dorado - 2018. Como resultado de esta implementación se logró eficiencia en la gestión pedagógica y administrativa en un 87% y un 89% respectivamente en reducción de tiempos. Se mejoró de manera significativa la gestión pedagógica donde el tiempo para realizar el consolidado de compromisos de gestión escolar se redujo en un 95% y el tiempo para realizar el informe de supervisiones e intervenciones pedagógicas se redujo en un 79%. Se mejoró de forma significativa la gestión administrativa donde el tiempo para realizar la emisión del control de asistencias se redujo en un 93% y el tiempo para realizar la emisión/recepción documentaria se redujo en un 84%. Por otro lado, se tiene a la valoración antes del sistema integral de información es de insatisfecho en un 73%, satisfecho 25% y muy satisfecho en un 02%; después de haber sido implementado y usado el sistema integral de información la valoración es de insatisfecho en un 04%, satisfecho 38% y muy satisfecho en un 58%. La prueba t-Student aplicado a los indicadores de la gestión interinstitucional demuestran que el mejoramiento ha sido significativo en todos los aspectos, por ende, se concluye que la implementación de un sistema integral de información tuvo influencia significativa en la gestión interinstitucional de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local del Dorado, por lo tanto, se aceptó la hipótesis alterna de la investigación (Hi).

This research, entitled: "Implementation of a comprehensive information system for the inter-institutional management of the Local Educational Management Unit El Dorado, 2018", had the general objective of improving inter-institutional management by using a comprehensive information system in the Local Educational Management Unit El Dorado, 2018. The methods used were applied research and pre-experimental design. The population consisted of 187 people (directors and specialists). The sample consisted of 126 individuals. The data collection instruments were the questionnaire, the forms, the interview guide and the SIGE system. The obtained results show that the use of an integral information system had a significant influence on the inter-institutional management of the Local Educational Management Unit of El Dorado - 2018. As a result of this implementation, efficiency in pedagogical and administrative management was achieved in 87% and 89% respectively in terms of time reduction. Pedagogical management was significantly improved, with a 95% reduction in the time needed to carry out the consolidation of school management commitments and a 79% reduction in the time needed to prepare the report of supervisions and pedagogical interventions. Administrative management was significantly improved, with a 93% reduction in the time needed to issue attendance control and an 84% reduction in the time needed to issue/receive documents. On the other hand, the evaluation before the integral information system is of dissatisfied in 73%, satisfied 25% and very satisfied in 02%; after having been implemented and used the integral information system the evaluation is of dissatisfied in 04%, satisfied 38% and very satisfied in 58%. The t-Student test applied to the indicators of the interinstitutional management shows that the improvement has been significant in all the aspects, therefore, it is concluded that the implementation of an integral information system had significant influence in the interinstitutional management of the Unit of Local Educational Management of El Dorado, consequently, the alternative hypothesis of the investigation (Hi) was accepted.
