Influencia de la formación profesional en el desempeño laboral de los guías turísticos no autorizados del distrito de Tarapoto - provincia y región San Martín

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada Influencia de la formación profesional en el desempeño laboral de los guías turísticos no autorizados del distrito de Tarapoto - provincia y región San Martín. Que consta del objetivo general, Determinar la influencia entre la formación profesional y desempeño laboral de los guías turísticos no autorizados del distrito de Tarapoto - provincia y región San Martín. El estudio fue de tipo básica, a nivel explicativo, de diseño descriptivo correlacional causal no experimental, considerando una población de 40 guías turísticos no autorizados, siendo ellos mismos la muestra y empleando ficha de análisis documental y cuestionario de preguntas para conseguir la información. Los resultados demuestran que generalmente existe mayor formación superior universitaria completa, alcanzando un 50%, siguiéndole la formación superior técnica incompleta al 32%, luego la formación superior universitaria incompleta al 10% y por último la formación superior técnica completa al 8%, el nivel de desempeño es mayormente moderado al 43%, eficiente al 33% y deficiente al 25%. Finalmente, por la prueba de chi cuadrado se tiene una significancia asintótica bilateral de 0.028, siendo menor al margen de error, por este motivo se acepta la hipótesis de estudio, La formación profesional influye de manera significativa en el desempeño laboral de los guías turísticos no autorizados del distrito de Tarapoto - provincia y región San Martín.

The present research entitled “Influence of professional training on the work performance of unauthorized tourist guides in the district of Tarapoto - province and region of San Martín” has as general objective to determine the influence between professional training and work performance of unauthorized tourist guides in the district of Tarapoto - province and region of San Martín. The study was of the basic type, with explanatory level, and non-experimental descriptive correlational causal design, considering a population of 40 unauthorized tourist guides, being themselves the sample and using form of documentary analysis and a questionnaire to obtain the information. The results show that in general there is more complete university higher education level, reaching 50%, followed by incomplete technical higher education with 32%, then incomplete university higher education with 10% and finally complete technical higher education with 8%, the level of performance is mostly moderate with 43%, efficient with 33% and deficient with 25%. Finally, the chi-square test has a bilateral asymptotic significance of 0.028, being less than the margin of error, for this reason the study hypothesis is accepted. The professional formation influences in a significant way the labor performance of the unauthorized tourist guides of the district of Tarapoto - province and region of San Martin.
