Sistema Web de atractivos turísticos de la región San Martín para mejorar la planificación de visitas de los turistas

Abstract

El presente estudio titulado sistema web de atractivos turísticos de la región San Martín para mejorar la planificación de visitas de los turistas, planteó como objetivo determinar la influencia de un sistema web de atractivos turísticos en la mejora de la planificación de la visita del turista a la región San Martín, para ello se tuvo un estudio aplicado, experimental con una muestra de 65 turistas, donde mediante el diseño del sistema web y la aplicación de los cuestionarios se llegó a concluir que la planificación de la visita turística en la región de San Martín antes de la implementación del sistema web fue regular en un 49% con tendencia a inadecuada en un 42% y adecuada sólo en un 9%, por cuanto los turistas utilizan gran parte de su tiempo revisando folletos poco efectivos debido a que carecen de información actualizada. Asimismo, la planificación de la visita turista después de la implementación del sistema web es adecuada en un 93%, regular en 3% e inadecuado sólo en un 1%, debido a que se ha mejorado significativamente los atractivos de la región. Finalmente, el sistema web “Paradise Verde” tiene una influencia positiva en la mejora de la planificación de la visita por parte los turistas, esto debido a que el valor de significancia bilateral es menor a 0.05, al igual que el valor de tc (12,044) es mayor al tt (1,671), permitiendo de esta manera aceptar la hipótesis de investigación.

The present study entitled "Web system of tourist attractions of the San Martin region to improve the planning of visits of tourists", aimed to determine the influence of a web system of tourist attractions in improving the planning of the tourist's visit to the region of San Martin, for this an applied, experimental study with a sample of 65 tourists was carried out. Through the design of the web system and the application of the questionnaires, it was concluded that the planning of the touristic visit in the region of San Martin before the implementation of the web system was regular in 49% with a tendency to inadequate in 42% and adequate in only 9%, since tourists spend most of their time reviewing ineffective brochures due to the lack of updated information. Likewise, the planning of the tourist visit after the implementation of the web system is adequate in 93%, regular in 3% and inadequate in only 1%, due to the fact that the attractions of the region have been significantly improved. Finally, the "Paradise Verde" web system has a positive influence on the improvement of tourists' visit planning, as the bilateral significance value is less than 0.05, as well as the tc value (12.044) is greater than the tt (1.671), which allows to accept the research hypothesis.
