Factores determinantes al uso del implanon y su influencia en la satisfacción de la relación de pareja en usuarias del Centro de Salud de Morales en agosto – diciembre 2018

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de los factores determinantes del uso del implanon en la satisfacción de la relación de pareja en usuarias del Centro de Salud Morales, agosto– diciembre 2018. La investigación fue básica, descriptiva, cuantitativa, transversal prospectivo, correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 139 usuarias de y la muestra por 58 usuarias implanon, la técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. Resultados: Las características sociodemográficas de las usuarias de implanon, fueron: el 34,5% se ubican en el grupo de edad entre 15-25 años; según grado de instrucción el 34,5% de usuarias alcanzaron el grado de instrucción superior no universitaria incompleta; con respecto al estado civil, el 48,3% de las usuarias de implanon, son convivientes. Las implicancias que tuvieron los factores sociodemográficos en el uso del implanon fueron: según dimensiones sociodemográficas altamente significativas, la edad (p=0,004), el grado de instrucción (p=0,000) y el estado civil (p=0,001). Según dimensiones reproductivas, todos ejercen implicancias altamente significativas sobre el uso de implanon (p=0.001). Según dimensiones psicológicos la decisión para escoger implanon, la implicancia es altamente significativa (p= 0.000). Según dimensión factores de información, ejercen implicancia altamente significativa (p=0,013) implícita sobre el uso de implanon. El 67,2% de las usuarias del implanon como método anticonceptivo, considera tener una satisfacción media; el 17,2 considera tener una satisfacción baja; y, el 15,5% considera tener una relación de pareja altamente satisfactoria. No se ha podido determinar de manera categórica el factor determinante (sociodemográfico, reproductivo, psicológico, de información) de mayor influencia en la satisfacción de la relación de pareja en las usuarias de implanon en el Centro de Salud Morales. Conclusión: Los factores determinantes favorables hacia el uso del implanon generan vínculos satisfactorios de media (67,2%) a alta (13,8%) en la relación de pareja.

The objective of this study was to determine the influence of the determining factors of implant use on the satisfaction of the couple's relationship in users of the Morales Health Center, August - December 2018. The research was basic, descriptive, quantitative, prospective transversal, and correlational. The population was conformed by 139 users of implants and the sample by 58 users, the technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. Results, the sociodemographic characteristics of the studied population were: 34.5% of them were between 15-25 and 26-35 years old, respectively; according to education degree 34.5% has incomplete non-university higher education, according to marital status highlights partners in 48.3% of the users. The implication of the categories according to the sociodemographic factors dimension in the use of the implant are the three characteristics: age, education degree and marital status are highly significant with p-values of 0.004, 0.000 and 0.001 respectively; according to the reproductive factors dimension all of them have implication over the use, their p-values are lower than 0.001 in its totality. According to the psychological factors dimension, the decision of choosing an implant is highly significant and determines its implication in the use of the implant, it reports a p-value of 0.000; according to the information factors dimension, where it is registered that there is implicit implication on the use of the implant, its p-values are lower than 0.013 in all factors. Regarding the satisfaction of the couple's relationship of the user’s implant as a contraceptive method, the majority, 67.5%, consider to have a medium satisfaction level, followed by a high satisfaction level perceived by 15.5 of the users and 17.2 consider to have a low satisfaction level. There is no relationship between most of the sociodemographic, reproductive, psychological and information factors and the characteristic satisfaction of the couple's relationship. The chi-square test was used with a significance level of 5% (p<0.05). In conclusion, the multiparous category contributes to the satisfactory medium (67.2%) and high (13.8%) bonds in the couple's relationship of the users involved in the study, and confirms the research hypothesis that the favorable determinants factors regarding the use of the implant generate medium to high satisfactory bonds in the couple's relationship.
