Nivel de ingreso y ahorro de los trabajadores de la provincia de San Martin, 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene el título “Nivel de ingreso y ahorro de los trabajadores de la provincia de San Martin, 2017”, tiene por objetivo general, determinar la relación entre el nivel de ingreso y el ahorro de los trabajadores, para ello, la metodología establecida fue la siguiente: tipo de investigación aplicada, con un nivel correlacional o relacional y con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra está constituida por un total de 840 trabajadores entre dependientes e independientes de la provincia de San Martin, que durante el periodo 2017 acudieron a cinco entidades financieras. El instrumento aplicado fue el cuestionario, con ella, se encontró el siguiente resultado: los ingresos brutos promedios en todo el periodo 2017 son de unos S/1,329.7 soles entre trabajadores independientes y dependientes, de los cuales, el promedio de ingresos de los primeros alcanzó un total de S/1,368.92 soles contra los S/1,291.00 soles registrados para los segundos. Los ingresos netos promedios mensuales percibidos tanto por trabajadores independientes como dependientes es de S/1,103.3 soles durante el periodo 2017. De esta manera, se llegó a concluir que: Con un valor p de 0,001 y un coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de 0,808, se aprobó la hipótesis de investigación formulada, en la que se establece que: la relación entre el nivel de ingreso y ahorro de los trabajadores en la provincia de san Martin, 2017 es positiva directa.

The present research is entitled "Income level and savings of workers in the province of San Martin, 2017", its general objective is to determine the relationship between income level and savings of workers, for this, the methodology established was the following: the research is of the applied type, with a correlational or relational level and with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample is made up of a total of 840 workers including dependent and independent workers from the province of San Martin, who visited five financial institutions during the 2017 period. The instrument applied was the questionnaire, with which the following result was found: the average gross income during the whole 2017 period is about S/1,329.7 soles between independent and dependent workers, of which, the average income of the first ones reached a total of S/1,368.92 soles against the S/1,291.00 soles registered for the second ones. The average monthly net income received by both independent and dependent workers is S/1,103.3 soles during the 2017 period. Thus, it was concluded that: With a p-value of 0.001 and a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.808, the research hypothesis formulated was approved, which states that: the relationship between the level of income and savings of workers in the province of san Martin, 2017 is directly positive.
