El Órgano de Control Institucional de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín y su incidencia en el ambiente de control en el año 2019.

Abstract

La investigación titulada “El Órgano de Control Institucional de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín y su incidencia en el ambiente de control en el año 2019, tuvo como objetivo general Conocer en qué medida la supervisión del órgano de control institucional influye en la evaluación de la gestión económica y financiera de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martin en el año 2019. El tipo de estudio fue no experimental; el diseño de la investigación fue descriptivo correlacional, asimismo la investigación contó con una muestra de estudio de 620 colaboradores administrativos, las cuales fueron seleccionadas a través de un muestreo no probabilístico, quienes además fueron evaluados mediante la aplicación de cuestionarios con el fin de recolectar información, pudiendo llegar así los siguientes resultados: Existe relación significativa entre el órgano de control institucional y el ambiente de control de los colaboradores en la municipalidad provincial de San Martin, 2019, el grado de correlación es 0.3443 lo cual nos señala que es una correlación positiva moderada, el 65% de los entrevistados responde que definitivamente no y probablemente no la supervisión del órgano de control institucional no influye en la evaluación de la gestión económica y financiera de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martin en el año 2019, el 67% de los entrevistados responde que definitivamente no y probablemente no, el control interno posterior continuo del Órgano de Control Institucional está influyendo en el mejoramiento económico de los recursos económicos y financieros de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martin en el año 2019.

The research entitled "The Institutional Control Body of the Provincial Municipality of San Martin and its impact on the control environment in 2019, had as general objective to measure the influence of the supervision of the institutional control body on the evaluation of the economic and financial management of the Provincial Municipality of San Martin in 2019. The study type was non-experimental; the research design was descriptive correlational, and the research had a study sample of 620 administrative staff, which were selected through non-probabilistic sampling, who were also evaluated through the application of questionnaires in order to collect information, thus arriving at the following results: There is a significant relationship between the institutional control body and the control environment of the employees in the provincial municipality of San Martin, 2019, the degree of correlation is 0.3443 which indicates that it is a moderate positive correlation. The 65% of the respondents answer that definitely not and probably not, the supervision of the institutional control body does not influence the evaluation of the economic and financial management of the Provincial Municipality of San Martin in 2019, furthermore 67% of the respondents answer that definitely not and probably not, the continuous subsequent internal control of the Institutional Control Body is influencing the economic improvement of the economic and financial resources of the Provincial Municipality of San Martin in 2019.
