Gestión de riesgos de los productos que se proveen a la ciudadanía por el Gobierno Regional de San Martín, 2020

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación consiste en: Evaluar en qué medida la gestión de riesgos de los productos que se proveen a la ciudadanía afectan los objetivos del Gobierno Regional de San Martín, 2020.La metodología utilizada parte de la selección de una muestra por conveniencia y está constituida por acervo documentario del Gobierno Regional de San Martín sobre el Sistema de Control Interno, específicamente sobre la implementación del Eje de Gestión de Riesgos del año 2020, coincidente con la población. La investigación es Aplicada en el nivel Descriptivo-Explicativo y el diseño de la misma es No Experimental mediante el analítico – inductivo así como de técnicas del análisis documental y fichaje y los instrumentos de recolección de datos que les corresponden, se procedió al procesamiento y análisis de datos, para la contrastación de la hipótesis planteada. Los resultados de la investigación así como la discusión de éstos demuestran que la gestión de riesgos de los productos que se proveen a la ciudadanía afectan de manera positiva al cumplimiento de los objetivos del Gobierno Regional de San Martín, 2020 en la medida que se implementan los Planes Acción Anual, Seguimiento y Evaluación del Sistema de Control Interno.

The objective of this research is to: evaluate the extent to which the risk management of the products provided to the citizenry affect the objectives of the Regional Government of San Martin, 2020. The methodology used is based on the selection of a convenience sample that coincides with the population, and is made up of the documentation archive of the Regional Government of San Martin regarding the Internal Control System, specifically about the implementation of the Risk Management Axis for the year 2020. The research is applied at the descriptive-explanatory level and its design is non-experimental, developed through the analytical-inductive method with the application of techniques and instruments of documentary analysis and data collection instruments that correspond to them, proceeded to the processing and analysis of data for the testing of the hypothesis. The results of the research as well as the discussion of these results show that the risk management of the products provided to the public positively affects the fulfillment of the objectives of the Regional Government of San Martin, 2020 as long as the Annual Action Plans, Monitoring and Evaluation of the Internal Control System are implemented.
