Influencia de agroquímicos utilizados en cultivos de arroz en la quebrada Plantanoyacu, sector Cunchiyacu, distrito de Yuracyacu

Abstract

La investigación se desarrolló en el sector Cunchiyacu del distrito Yuracyacu, teniendo como área de estudio a 120,24 ha de cultivo de arroz que usan el canal de regadío San José que descarga sus aguas en la quebrada Plantanoyacu, formulándose como objetivo principal “Evaluar la influencia de agroquímicos utilizados en cultivos de arroz en la quebrada Plantanoyacu, sector Cunchiyacu, distrito de Yuracyacu”, siendo necesario conocer el tipo y cantidad de agroquímicos utilizados en la zona y el muestreo del agua en cuatro puntos, muestras analizados por un laboratorio acreditado, procediendo a calcular el índice de calidad de agua mediante el ICA-NSF, todo lo cual nos permitió obtener que, entre los tipos de agroquímicos que se utilizan se encuentran fertilizantes, herbicidas, insecticidas y fungicidas de diferentes tipos y cantidades, los mismos que durante los meses estudiados tienen influencia baja en la calidad del agua, la cual se debe principalmente al incremento de niveles de parámetros alterados por agroquímicos como nitratos y fosfatos, siendo mayor en el tercer mes de estudio donde las actividades de fumigación y época de máximas avenidas del caudal del agua favorece al incremento de los parámetros y la descarga del agua en calidad regular a la quebrada.

The research was carried out in the Cunchiyacu sector of the Yuracyacu district, with a study area of 120.24 ha of rice crops that use the San José irrigation canal which discharges its waters into the Plantanoyacu stream. The main objective was to "Evaluate the influence of agrochemicals used in rice crops in the Plantanoyacu stream, Cunchiyacu sector, Yuracyacu district". It was necessary to know the type and quantity of agrochemicals used in the area as well as water sampling at four points, which were analyzed by an accredited laboratory, in order to calculate the water quality index using the ICA-NSF. This allowed obtaining that, among the types of agrochemicals used are fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides and fungicides of different types and quantities, which had a low influence on water quality during the months under study. This is mainly due to the increase in the levels of parameters altered by agrochemicals such as nitrates and phosphates, being greater in the third month of the study where the fumigation activities and the time of maximum water flow favors the increase of parameters and the discharge of water in regular quality to the creek.
