Calidad de la infraestructura vial y su relación con la calidad de vida del usuario en el distrito y provincia de Rioja - departamento de San Martín, 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la infraestructura vial y la calidad de vida del usuario en el distrito y provincia de Rioja – departamento de San Martín, 2022. La investigación es de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo, método deductivo y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra lo conformaron 383 ciudadanos mayores de edad de la ciudad de Rioja. La técnica aplicada fue la encuesta y el instrumento usado, fue el cuestionario. Los resultados muestran que, el nivel de calidad de la infraestructura vial es alto con 50.1 %, medio con 36 % y bajo con 13.8 %. El nivel de la calidad de vida y satisfacción de los usuarios es alto con 48.3 %, medio con 32.9 % y bajo con 16.7 %. El nivel de la calidad de infraestructura vial según sus dimensiones: Planificado es alto con 52.2 %. Estructurado es alto con 51.7 %. Finalmente, Eficiente, es alto con 46.5 %. El nivel de calidad de vida por dimensiones: Medio ambiental – ecoeficiente es alto con 47 %. Urbanística, es alto con 51.2 %. Finalmente, en Desarrollo económico – social, el nivel es alto con 46.7 %. Se concluyó que, existe relación significativa y positiva de intensidad considerable entre la calidad de la infraestructura vial y la calidad de vida de los usuarios (p < 0.05; 0.861**). Asimismo, la calidad de vida del usuario se ve influenciada por la calidad de la infraestructura vial en un 87.3 %.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between road infrastructure and the quality of life of users in the district and province of Rioja - department of San Martín, 2022. It is an applied research, with a descriptive correlational level, quantitative approach, deductive method and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 383 adult citizens of the city of Rioja. The technique applied was the survey and the questionnaire was used as an instrument. The results show that the level of road infrastructure quality is high with 50.1%, medium with 36% and low with 13.8%. The level of quality of life and user satisfaction is high with 48.3%, medium with 32.9% and low with 16.7%. The level of road infrastructure quality according to its dimensions: “Planned” is high with 52.2 %. “Structured” is high with 51.7%. Finally, "Efficient" is high with 46.5 %. The level of quality of life by dimensions: “Environmental - eco-efficient” is high with 47 %, “Urbanistic” is high with 51.2 %. Finally, in “Economic - social development”, the level is high with 46.7%. It was concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship of considerable intensity between the quality of road infrastructure and the quality of life of users (p < 0.05; 0.861**). Likewise, the quality of life of the user is influenced by the quality of the road infrastructure in 87.3 %.
