dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación denominado: Secuelas neuropsiquiátricas en pacientes recuperados de neumonía por SARS CoV-2 atendidos en el Hospital II-2 Tarapoto. Periodo mayo – diciembre 2020; tiene como propósito identificar las distintas secuelas ocasionadas por la infección por SARS CoV-2 en pacientes recuperados en sus 2 dimensiones abordadas: Trastornos neurológicos y trastornos psiquiátricos, utilizando el diseño transversal descriptivo. Producto de las indagaciones se llegó a las siguientes conclusiones: entre las características epidemiológicas predominantes son el sexo masculino 55%, edades entre 18 a 96 años; con un promedio de 50,77 años en el varón y 19 - 96 años en la mujer, con un promedio de 45.69 años. En cuanto al desempeño laboral o profesión son las amas de casa 27,5%, seguido de comerciantes 16,3% y agricultor 8.8%. entre las características epidemiológicas de pacientes recuperados de neumonía por SARS CoV-2, atendidos en el Hospital II – 2 - Tarapoto, 2020, son: antecedentes de diabetes mellitus tipo II 27.5%, hipertensión arterial y ansiedad 12,5% respectivamente. Se concluye que, los trastornos neurológicos que quedaron como secuelas en los pacientes recuperados de neumonía por SARS CoV-2 son: la cefalea 98%, los trastornos vegetativos (dolor cervical) y vagal (parestesias y dolor de espalda) con un 96% respectivamente y la disgeusia 43%. El nivel de afectación de las secuelas neuropsiquiátricas en su mayoría lo ubican en el nivel “Moderado” 58,8% con tendencia a “Alto” 21,3%. La depresión 56.3%, ansiedad 68.8% y el síndrome de estrés post traumático 60% se ubican en el nivel “Moderado”. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The present research is entitled: Neuropsychiatric sequelae in patients recovered from SARS CoV-2 pneumonia treated at Hospital II-2 Tarapoto. Period May - December 2020. The purpose of this study is to identify the different sequelae caused by SARS CoV-2 infection in recovered patients in the 2 dimensions addressed: neurological disorders and psychiatric disorders, using a descriptive cross-sectional design. The following conclusions were reached: among the predominant epidemiological characteristics are the male sex with 55%, ages between 18 and 96 years, with an average of 50.77 years for males and 19 - 96 years with an average of 45.69 years for females. In terms of work performance or profession, 27.5% are homemakers, followed by traders by 16.3% and farmer by 8.8%. Among the epidemiological characteristics of patients recovered from SARS pneumonia CoV-2, attended at the Hospital II - 2 - Tarapoto, 2020, are: history of type II diabetes mellitus with 27.5%, arterial hypertension and anxiety with 12.5%, respectively. It is concluded that the neurological disorders that remained as sequelae in patients recovered from SARS CoV-2 pneumonia are: headache with 98%, vegetative (cervical pain) and vagal disorders (paresthesia and back pain) with 96% respectively, and dysgeusia with 43%. The level of affectation of neuropsychiatric sequelae is mostly in the "Moderate" level (58.8%) with a tendency to "High" (21.3%). Depression (56.3%), anxiety (68.8%) and post-traumatic stress syndrome (60%) are at the "Moderate" level. | es_PE |
