Gestión del liderazgo institucional educativo y desempeño docente en la I. E. N° 0094 distrito Banda de Shilcayo 2022

Abstract

El desarrollo de la presente investigación denominado “Gestión del liderazgo Institucional Educativo y el Desempeño Docente en la I.E. N° 0094 distrito de la Banda de Shilcayo – 2022”; tuvo el propósito general de: Establecer la relación significativa entre la Gestión del Liderazgo Institucional Educativo y el Desempeño Docente en la I.E. N° 0094 del distrito de la Banda de Shilcayo – 2022. Atendiendo a la metodología empleada fue: Tipo de investigación no experimental, nivel de investigación descriptivo; con un diseño correlacional transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 45 docentes. Previo a la aplicación de los instrumentos, se realizó una prueba piloto de confianza empleando Alfa de Cronbach lo cual arrojó un valor de 0,89 considerado de bueno. La hipótesis de investigación planteada fue: Existe relación significativa entre la Gestión del Liderazgo Institucional Educativo y el Desempeño Docente en la I. E. N° 0094 distrito Banda de Shilcayo – 2022 lo cual fue contrastada mediante cálculos estadísticos de tendencia central arrojando un valor de Sig (bilateral) de 0.001, es decir que sig p < 0.005; por consiguiente existe suficiente evidencia estadística para afirmar que la Gestión del Liderazgo Institucional Educativo está relacionada significativamente con el Desempeño Docente en la Institución Educativa N° 0094 distrito Banda de Shilcayo – 2022. Por otra parte, el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson es de 0.689; lo cual indica que existe una relación positiva de nivel considerable.

The development of the present investigation entitled "Management of the Educational Institutional Leadership and the Teaching Performance in the I.E. N° 0094 district of La Banda de Shilcayo - 2022" had as general objective: To establish a significant relationship between the Management of the Educational Institutional Leadership and the Teaching Performance in the I.E. N° 0094 district of La Banda de Shilcayo – 2022. The methodology used was: non-experimental type of research, with a descriptive level and a cross-sectional correlational design. The sample consisted of 45 teachers. Prior to the application of the instruments, a pilot test of confidence was carried out using Cronbach's alpha, which yielded a value of 0.89, considered as good. The research hypothesis was: There is a significant relationship between Institutional Educational Leadership Management and Teaching Performance in the I. E. N° 0094 district Banda de Shilcayo - 2022, which was contrasted by means of statistical calculations of central tendency yielding a value of Sig (bilateral) of 0.001, i.e. Sig p < 0.005. Therefore, there is enough statistical evidence to affirm that the Educational Institutional Leadership Management is significantly related to the Teaching Performance at the Educational Institution N° 0094 district Banda de Shilcayo - 2022. On the other hand, Pearson's correlation coefficient is 0.689; which indicates that there is a considerable positive relationship.
