dc.description.abstract | In order to díagnose the causative agents of root rot Vitis labrusca L. and dísease management carried out the research work in the laboratory of Plant Protection - Plant Pathology, Faculty of Agricultura! Sciences of the Natíonal University of San Martín of San Roque Cumbaza in the regíon of San Martín. Descriptive and quantitative method was used; lt was conducted under completely randomízed design; evaluating symptoms , morphological and biometric characteristics of the isolates, pathogenicity test , chemical and biological control , íncídence , losses and cultural practices. As results have been diagnosed Lasiodiplodia parva is the cause of dry charcoal rot roots and stem, while wet causes oligandrum Pythium root rot. Fungicides 100% inhibited the growth of L. parva are : Benomyl 50 % Metalaxyl 8% + Mancozeb 64% and 50 % Thiophanate methyl + Thiram 30 % and Pythium oligandrum . Metalaxyl 8% + Mancozeb 64% and 50 % Thiophanate methyl + Thiram 30 %. While strains of Trichoderma ssp. they controlled and L. parva P. oligandrum by mycoparasitism . The disease incidence was 23.91 %, with losses 1673.63. Key words: Trichoderma, disease of grape, root rot 90 | en_US |
| es_PE |
