La investigación se ha llevado a cabo en el Hospital II-2 de la ciudad de Tarapoto; donde se ha podido evidenciar la presencia de preeclampsia en las madres en estado de gestación y su repercusión en el puntaje de Apgar de los recién nacidos. Por lo tanto, se formuló como objetivo principal determinar la influencia de la preeclampsia en el Apgar del recién nacido atendido en el Hospital II-2 Tarapoto, 2023. La metodología fue de tipo aplicada, nivel explicativo – causal, no experimental, la muestra se compuso por 216 historias clínicas de las madres con diagnóstico de preeclampsia y 216 historias clínicas de recién nacidos de madres con diagnóstico de preeclampsia; el instrumento de recojo de datos fue la ficha de análisis documental. Resultados: El 88% de las madres atendidas en el hospital presentaron preeclampsia con criterios de severidad y 12% preeclampsia sin criterios de severidad. Respecto al Apgar del recién nacido, fue adecuado del 80.6% y 84.7% tanto al primer como al quinto minuto respectivamente; debido a que alcanzaron puntajes entre 7 – 10; sin embargo, 2.8% de los neonatos a los cinco minutos presentaron complicaciones severas, mostrando un puntaje igual o menores a 3. Conclusión: Existe influencia significativa de la preeclampsia en el Apgar del recién nacido; esto se basa en la evidencia proporcionada por el coeficiente de determinación (r^2), que demuestra que la preeclampsia influye en un 0.021% y 0.022% a las variaciones del puntaje de Apgar al minuto y cinco minutos del recién nacido respectivamente. Por lo tanto, se admitió la hipótesis alterna formulada en el estudio.; Preeclampsia and its influence on the Apgar score of newborns attended at Hospital II-2 Tarapoto, 2023
The research was carried out at the II-2 Hospital in the city of Tarapoto, where the presence of preeclampsia in pregnant mothers and its impact on the Apgar score of newborns was evidenced. The main objective was to determine the influence of preeclampsia on the Apgar score of the newborns attended at the II-2 Tarapoto Hospital, 2023. The methodology was applied, explanatory-causal, non-experimental, the sample consisted of 216 medical records of mothers diagnosed with preeclampsia and 216 medical records of newborns of mothers diagnosed with preeclampsia; the documentary analysis form was used as the data collection instrument. Results: 88% of the mothers attended in the hospital presented preeclampsia with severity criteria and 12% preeclampsia without severity criteria. The Apgar score of the newborn was 80.6% and 84.7% at the first and fifth minute respectively, since they reached scores between 7 and 10; nevertheless, 2.8% of the newborns at five minutes presented severe complications, showing a score equal to or less than 3. Conclusion: There is a significant influence of preeclampsia on newborn Apgar score; this is based on the evidence provided by the coefficient of determination (r^2), which shows that preeclampsia influences 0.021% and 0.022% to the variations of newborn Apgar score at one minute and five minutes respectively. Abstract: El estudio trata sobre los Factores de Riesgo Prenatales en Gestantes Adolescentes Atendidas en el Centro de Salud de Morales, enero a agosto del 2021; tuvo como objetivo determinar los factores de riesgo prenatales en gestantes adolescentes. Tipo de investigación básica, retrospectivo, diseño no experimental, analítico, de casos y controles. La población estuvo conformada por 110 mujeres gestantes, 55 gestantes adolescentes para casos y 55 gestantes no adolescentes para controles, aquellas que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. El tipo de muestreo fue no probabilístico y se incluyó solo al 50% de la muestra, sin embargo, el tipo de muestreo para los controles fue probabilístico aleatorio simple. La técnica seleccionada para esta investigación fue el análisis documental de historias clínicas y entrevista telefónica; como instrumento se usó una base de recolección de datos del programa SPSS. Se concluye que ser soltera y tener antecedente de aborto son factores de riesgo prenatales individuales de tener un embarazo adolescente (p=0,000). La presencia de uno o ambos padres y tener antecedente de embarazo adolescentes son factores de riesgo prenatales familiares de tener un embarazo adolescente (p=0,000). Finalmente, la procedencia rural y ser católica son factores de riesgo prenatal social de tener un embarazo adolescente, pero este resultado no es significativo (p>0,05). El conocimiento de MAC es factor de riesgo prenatal social de tener un embarazo adolescente, este resultado es significativo (p=0.000).; The study concerns Prenatal Risk Factors in Adolescent Pregnant Women Attended at the Morales Health Center, January to August 2021; its objective was to determine prenatal risk factors in adolescent pregnant women. It was a basic research, retrospective, non-experimental, analytical, case-control design. The population consisted of 110 pregnant women, 55 adolescent pregnant women for cases and 55 non-adolescent pregnant women for controls, those who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The type of sampling was non-probabilistic and only 50% of the sample was included; however, the type of sampling for the controls was simple random probabilistic. The technique selected for this research was documentary analysis of medical records and telephone interview; an SPSS data collection database was used as an instrument. It was concluded that being single and having a history of abortion are individual prenatal risk factors for teenage pregnancy (p=0.000). The presence of one or both parents and having a history of teenage pregnancy are family prenatal risk factors for teenage pregnancy (p=0.000). Finally, rural origin and being Catholic are social prenatal risk factors for having a teenage pregnancy, but this result is not significant (p>0.05). El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión sanitaria y la atención prenatal en el Centro de Salud de Morales, 2023. Se trata de una investigación cuantitativa de diseño no experimental, descriptivo correlacional y de corte transversal. La población y muestra estuvo constituido por 25 profesionales Obstetras, con respecto a la recolección de datos, previamente se usó un formato de consentimiento informado, para ambas variables se usó la técnica de encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, donde se presenta los ítems requeridos con sus respectivas alternativas. Los resultados se procesaron en programas estadísticos como Microsoft Excel e IBM SPSS 27, luego se realizó análisis de los datos proyectando los resultados en tablas. Como resultado se obtuvo que, la gestión sanitaria tiene un predominio del nivel regular en un 68%, seguido del nivel alto en un 24% y nivel bajo con solo un 8%; destacando que existe una brecha de 8%, para ser mejorado. Para la atención prenatal que oferta el Centro de Salud de Morales, muestra un nivel alto en un 68% y nivel regular en un 32%. En cuanto a las correlaciones de la dimensión de gestión sanitaria con la atención prenatal, se puede mencionar que todas las dimension es tienen una correlación positiva moderada que oscilan entre 0,4 a 0,69 ((planificación = .444*) (coordinación = .431*) (participación= .420*) (vigilancia = .395) (control = .443*)); siendo la dimensión de planificación y el control con la mayor relación con la atención prenatal. Asimismo, existe un coeficiente de Pearson de 0.475, con intervalo de confianza del 95% y un p = 0.016 (p < 0.05) que permite aceptar la hipótesis de la investigación. Por tanto, se concluye que existe correlación positiva moderada entre la gestión sanitaria y la atención prenatal.; Health management and prenatal care at the Morales Health Centre, 2022
The present research work aimed to determine the relationship between health management and prenatal care at the Morales Health Center, 2023. It is a quantitative research of non-experimental design, descriptive correlational and cross-sectional. The population and sample consisted of 25 professional obstetricians, an informed consent form was previously used for the data collection, the survey technique was used for both variables and the questionnaire was used as an instrument, which presents the required items with their respective alternatives. The results were processed in statistical programs such as Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS 27, and then the data were analyzed and the results were projected in tables. As a result, the health management showed a predominance of 68% at the regular level, followed by 24% at the high level and only 8% at the low level, highlighting that there is a gap of 8% to be improved. For prenatal care offered by the Morales Health Center, 68% showed a high level and 32% a regular level. Regarding the correlations of the health management dimension with prenatal care, it can be mentioned that all dimensions have a moderate positive correlation ranging from 0.4 to 0.69 ((planning = .444*) (coordination = .431*) (participation= .420*) (surveillance = .395) (monitoring = .443*)); being the planning dimension and monitoring with the highest relationship with prenatal care. Likewise, there is a Pearson coefficient of 0.475, with a 95% confidence interval and a p = 0.016 (p < 0.05), which allows accepting the research hypothesis. Abstract: Participación parental en el Programa de Estimulación Prenatal en gestantes atendidas en Hospital Santa Gema – Yurimaguas, enero a abril-2022
Tuvo como objetivo: Determinar cómo es la participación parental en el programa de estimulación prenatal en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Santa Gema – Yurimaguas, enero a abril-2022. Fue un estudio descriptivo, prospectivo, técnica encuesta instrumento cuestionario, población y muestra censal. Resultados: Las características de las gestantes con participación parental en el programa de estimulación prenatal atendidas en el Hospital Santa Gema – Yurimaguas, enero a abril -2022, fue de 20 a 30 es un 70% (28), sobre el estado civil, son convivientes un 72,5% (29), el nivel educativo se evidencia que con secundaria un 70%(28), con respecto a la paridad se evidencia que son multíparas un 47,5%(19), además se evidencia que proceden de la zona urbana un 75% (30). La participación parental a las sesiones de la estimulación prenatal obstétrica de las gestantes, fueron, la madre, la pareja, la hermana, y las primas/tías. La proporción de gestantes que tuvieron participantes en las sesiones de estimulación prenatal, en la dimensión conociendo a mi bebé, la madre tiene un 70% (28), la pareja un 17,5% (7) mientras que el hermano (a) un 12,5% (5), en relación a la dimensión vínculo prenatal la participación fue de la madre en un 72,5% (29), la pareja en un 17,5% (7) mientras que del hermano (a) fue de un 10% (4), sobre la dimensión desarrollo cerebral fetal la madre tiene un 70% (28), la pareja tiene un 17,5% (7), mientras que el hermano (a) obtiene un 12,5% (5). La proporción de gestantes que tuvieron participantes en las sesiones de estimulación prenatal, en la dimensión comunicación afectiva prenatal, la madre tiene un 75% (30), la pareja un 12,5% (5) mientras que el hermano (a) un 12,5% (5), en relación a la dimensión música y embarazo con adecuación intercultural la participación fue de la madre en un 75% (30), la pareja en un 12,5% (5) mientras que del hermano (a) fue de un 12,5% (5), sobre la dimensión vinculación postparto la madre tiene un 70% (28), la pareja tiene un 17,5% (7), el hermano (a) obtiene un 12,5% (5). La asistencia de los parientes de las gestantes a las sesiones de estimulación prenatal obstétrica, en 06 sesiones como mínimo, el promedio de asistencia en cumplimiento a las sesiones fue de hasta el 100%, sobre todo de la madre siendo la pareja en segundo lugar.; The present study entitled: Parental participation in the Prenatal Stimulation Program in pregnant women attended at Hospital Santa Gema - Yurimaguas, January to April 2022, had as objective: To determine how parental participation is in the prenatal stimulation program in pregnant women attended at Hospital Santa Gema - Yurimaguas, January to April 2022. It was a descriptive, prospective study, using a survey technique, questionnaire instrument, a population and census sample. Results: The characteristics of the pregnant women with parental participation in the prenatal stimulation program attended at the Santa Gema Hospital - Yurimaguas, January to April -2022, were: 70% between 20 and 30 years old (28), regarding marital status, 72.5% (29) are cohabitants, regarding the educational level 70% had secondary education (28), with respect to parity, 47.5% were multiparous (19), and 75% were from the urban area (30). Parental participation in the prenatal obstetric stimulation sessions of the pregnant women were the mother, the partner, the sister, and the cousins/aunts. The proportion of pregnant women who participated in the prenatal stimulation sessions, in the dimension "knowing my baby", the mother participated in 70% (28), the partner in 17.5% (7) while the sibling in 12.5% (5), in relation to the prenatal bonding dimension, the mother participated in 72.5% (29), the partner in 17.5% (7) while the sibling in 10% (4), on the fetal brain development dimension, the mother had 70% (28), the partner had 17.5% (7), while the sibling had 12.5% (5). The proportion of pregnant women who participated in the prenatal stimulation sessions, in the prenatal affective communication dimension, the mother had 75% (30), the partner 12.5% (5) and the sibling 12.5% (5), in relation to the dimension music and pregnancy with intercultural appropriateness, the mother's participation was 75% (30), the partner 12.5% (5) while the sibling was 12.5% (5), on the dimension postpartum bonding the mother had 70% (28), the partner 17.5% (7), the sibling 12.5% (5).
