Abstract

Quantitative, descriptive, prospective, cross-sectional study. This was a survey instrument consisted of 10 questions with closed answers With a minimum score 10 points and the maximum 50 points was classified into Low, medium and high. The sample consisted of 200 pregnant women who met The inclusion criteria, being the art of non-probability convenience sampling. The findings, reported that 100% reported that he received good treatment, 85% reported that gave him confidence, 100% of pregnant women report that The staff that you explained about the test that was going to make 100% rate Understandable as the language used by the professional, 99% reported that They explained about evolution, pregnancy care and follow at home; on the Duration of the query 65% of pregnant women report that was adequate, 75% Relates to wait long to be served and 60% indicate that they are comfortable With the service. In conclusion, the hypothesis is not accepted because there is a higher level of Satisfaction (91%) of the pregnant women at the antenatal clinic.

El presente estudio titulado nivel de satisfacción de las gestantes atendidas en El consultorio de Atención Prenatal del Hospital Amazónico – Yarinacocha Julio – Setiembre 2013; tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de satisfacción de las Gestantes atendidas en el consultorio prenatal. Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, Prospectivo, de corte trasversal. Este instrumento fue una encuesta que constó De 10 preguntas con respuestas cerradas siendo el puntaje mínimo 10 puntos y El máximo 50 puntos que se clasificó en bajo, medio y alto. La muestra estuvo Constituido por 200 gestantes que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión, Siendo la técnica de muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Los resultados encontrados, reportan que el 100% refiere que recibió buen Trato, 85% refieren que le brindaron confianza, el 100% de las gestantes Refieren que el personal que le atendió le explicó sobre el examen que le iba a Realizar, 100% califica como entendible el lenguaje utilizado por el profesional, 99% refiere que le explicaron sobre la evolución, cuidados de su embarazo y a Seguir en casa; sobre el tiempo que duró la consulta el 65% de las gestantes Refieren que fue adecuado, un 75% refiere que esperó mucho para ser Atendida y el 60% indican que se sienten cómodos con el servicio. En conclusión no se acepta la hipótesis por existir un nivel de satisfacción alto (91%) de las gestantes atendidas en el consultorio de atención prenatal.
