Propuesta desarrollo del turismo vivencial en el centro poblado comunidad Kechwa Waycu del distrito de Lamas

Abstract

The present research is called: "Development of Living Tourism in the Wayku Kechwa Community in Lamas district. The general objective is" to explain the characteristics of Living Tourism as a new, bold and attractive alternative to sustainable tourism in order to enjoy the ethnical, cultural and natural richness of the Wayku Kechwa Community in Lamas district whilst being a factor that improves their lifestyle. The specific objectives are as follows: "To diagnose the capacities and tourist potential in the Wayku Kechwa Community that can be developped as Living Tourism". "To explain the processes of implementing the Living Tourism in families of the Wayku Kechwa Community and to determine the tourist activities that Wayku Kechwa Community can offer as a part of Living Tourism". Living Tourism is introduced as a tool for development in communities. This due to rapid changes which have taken place in the world. Tourists' consumption habits have varied noticeably; they no longer just want to observe. Now, they want to have contact with nature and live experiences of the community that they visit. lt is an activity that is experienced at first hand and supports local agriculture so that both (Tourist and receptive community) benefit from each other. According to the OMT, this activity allows the conservation of environment, it creates new jobs, encourages popular customs and revalues cultural patrimony. Living Tourism is one type of rural tourism, where the community's population becomes teachers for the visitors, and in this way tourist are able to learn simple things that they have never done before, for instance, preparation of dye, breeding animals, fabric, elaboration of ceramics and agriculture.

La presente investigación denominada: Propuesta de Desarrollo del Turismo Vivencia! en el Centro Poblado Comunidad Kechwa Wayku del Distrito de Lamas, tiene como objetivo general "Explicar las características de la modalidad de turismo vivencia! como una nueva, audaz y atractiva alternativa de turismo sostenible para el disfrute de la riqueza étnica, cultural y natural del Centro Poblado Comunidad Kechwa Wayku del Distrito de Lamas, que se constituya en un factor que mejore su nivel de vida". Dentro de los objetivos específicos tenemos: "Diagnosticar las capacidades y potencial turístico del Centro Poblado Comunidad Kechwa Wayku que pueda desarrollarse como turismo vivencial". "Explicar los procesos para la implementación del turismo vivencia! en las familias del Centro Poblado Comunidad Kechwa Wayku" y, "Determinar las actividades turísticas que el Centro Poblado Comunidad Kechwa Wayku puede ofertar como parte del turismo vivencial". El turismo vivencial se presenta como una herramienta de desarrollo en las comunidades, eso se debe a los rápidos cambios que se han dado en el mundo, los hábitos de consumo de los turistas han variado notablemente, ya no quieren ser sólo espectadores, ahora buscan tomar contacto con la naturaleza y vivir las experiencias de las comunidades que visitan. Es una actividad que se realiza en el campo y es complementaria a la agricultura donde ambos se benefician (turista y comunidad receptora) Según la OMT, dice que esta actividad permite conservar el medio ambiente, crear empleo y fomentar el arraigo popular, revalorizar el patrimonio cultural. El turismo vivencia! es una modalidad que esta dentro del turismo rural, en donde la población de la comunidad se conviertan en maestros de los visitantes, y así este aprenda cosas sencillas que nunca ha realizado como por ejemplo: elaboración de tintes, crianza de animales, tejido, elaboración de cerámica y la agricultura.
