Evaluación del clima organizacional y desempeño laboral en los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Nueva Cajamarca

Abstract

El trabajo de Investigación titulado "EVALUACIÓN DEL CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL Y DESEMPEÑO LABORAL EN LOS TRABAJADORES DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DISTRITAL DE NUEVA CAJAMARCA". La importancia del tema y el interés de conocer el Clima Organizacional y el Desempeño Laboral en la administración pública, es con el propósito de evaluar la relación que existe entre ellos y seguir aportando nuevas ideas, conocimientos para el beneficio de las futuras generaciones y de la institución, asimismo dar a conocer la influencia que tiene el clima organizacional con el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores en las instituciones públicas, mediante su participación de los mismos de la Municipalidad Distrital de Nueva Cajamarca, y será considerado como una herramienta de mejora y aprendizaje para la institución, estudiantes y personas involucradas, ya que cuenta con una información de suma importancia acerca de la influencia del Clima Organizacional y el Desempeño Laboral en la Municipalidad Distrital de Nueva Cajamarca; con un valor significativo, con la finalidad de realizar diversas alternativas para el perfeccionamiento del clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral en las instituciones públicas.
