dc.description.abstractEl estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar los factores de riesgo que predisponen al incremento del índice de cesáreas en gestantes adolescentes en el Hospital II-2 Tarapoto, durante el periodo 2011 – 2015. La presente investigación es cuantitativa, analítica, retrospectiva, de corte transversal, diseño casos y controles. La muestra, grupo control y estudio fue de 353 gestantes respectivamente. La técnica seleccionada fue análisis documental y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue la ficha de registro de datos elaborado por los investigadores. Resultados: Del 100% de adolescentes cesareadas el 70,3% oscilan entre 15 a 19 años. El 63,7% son casada/convivientes, el 95,2% se ubican en el nivel primaria o secundaria y el 57,2% proceden de la zona rural. En el quinquenio 2011 – 2015, la incidencia de cesáreas ha disminuido, en el año 2011 fue de 66,6% y en el 2015 49,0%. Conclusión: entre los factores de riesgo socioculturales encontramos: nivel de instrucción primaria y secundaria, edad materna entre 10 a 14 años, procedencia rural. Factores Maternos: atención prenatal < 6, cesárea anterior, síndrome de Hellp y código blanco. Factores Fetales: sufrimiento fetal (OR: 2,244 año 2011, Vs OR: 2,254 año 2015) y a la distocia de presentación (OR: 0,661 año 2011 Vs OR: 1,191 año 2015). Factores del Parto: desproporción céfalo pélvica (OR: 2,213 año 2011 Vs OR: 2,35 año 2015) y trabajo de parto disfuncional (OR: 2,032 año 2011 Vs OR: 2,038 año 2015). Factores Placentarios: el DPP (OR: 2,021 año 2011 Vs OR: 2,019 año 2015) y el Oligohidramnios (OR: 0,224 año 2011 Vs OR: 2,059 año 2015).es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe objective of the study was to determine the risk factors that predispose to the increase in the rate of caesarean sections in pregnant teenagers in the II-2 Tarapoto Hospital, from 2011 to 2015. The following is a quantitative, analytical, retrospective, cross-sectional research with case and control design. The sample, control group and study was of 353 pregnant women respectively. The selected technique was a documentary analysis and the data collection instrument was the data record card prepared by the researchers. Results: Of the 100% of adolescents who have been disappeared, 70.3% range from 15 to 19 years. 63.7% are married / cohabitants, 95.2% are located in the primary or secondary level and 57.2% come from the rural area. In the quinquennium 2011 - 2015, the incidence of caesarean sections has decreased, in 2011 it was 66.6% and in 2015 49.0%. Conclusion: Among the sociocultural risk factors, we find primary and secondary education level, maternal age between 10 to 14 years, rural origin. Maternal factors: prenatal care <6, previous caesarean section, Hellp syndrome and white code. Fetal factors: fetal distress (OR: 2,244 year 2011, Vs OR: 2,254 year 2015) and presentation dystocia (OR: 0,661 year 2011 Vs OR: 1,191 year 2015). Labor factors: pelvic cepal disproportion (OR: 2,213 year 2011 Vs OR: 2.35 year 2015) and dysfunctional labor (OR: 2,032 year 2011 Vs OR: 2,038 year 2015).
