Costos, presupuesto y programación de obra: mantenimiento periódico del camino vecinal Shamboyacu – Chambira - Vista Alegre – distrito de Shamboyacu, provincia de Picota, San Martín

Abstract

El presente informe de ingeniería titulado “COSTOS, PRESUPUESTOS Y PROGRAMACIÓN DE LA OBRA “MANTENIMIENTO PERIODICO DEL CAMINO VECINAL SHAMBOYACU – SHAMBIRA – VISTA ALEGRE – DISTRITO DE SHAMBOYACU, PROVINCIA DE PICOTA, SAN MARTIN”, se ha desarrollado de forma especial, con fines de titulación y de poner en práctica las lecciones aprendidas en las aulas universitarias .Este informe se elaboró con fin de homogenizar los criterios en la elaboración de Expedientes Técnicos, alcanzando la Teoría necesaria de Costos y Presupuestos, con un ejemplo de un Proyecto de Mantenimiento Periódico de un Camino Vecinal, brindando las posibles soluciones de la problemática vial existente.

Para el desarrollo del presente informe de ingeniería se aplicó los conceptos básicos requeridos en el área de Caminos, Costos y Presupuestos: unos impartidos en el aula de nuestra facultad, otros mediante la investigación de la bibliografía existentes y así también como la experiencia de trabajo en campo obtenido. Por ello se comenzó recopilando los planos para luego pasar a la elaboración de los Metrados Analíticos utilizando el programa EXCEL, a partir de los planos existentes dibujados con el Programa AUTOCAD 2016, luego se realizó la recopilación de información oficial de los costos tanto de Mano de Obra, Materiales y Equipo, con los datos obtenidos se procedió a elaborar los Análisis de Costos Unitarios, el Presupuesto de Obra, Relación de Insumos, Fórmula Polinómica, utilizando para ello el Programa S10, y finalmente para la elaboración de la Programación de Obra, y el Calendario Valorizado de Obra se utilizaron los Programas MS PROJET y EXCEL.

The present engineering report entitled “COSTS, BUDGETS AND WORK PROGRAMMING PERIODIC MAINTENANCE OF THE COUNTRY ROAD SHAMBOYACU – SHAMBIRA – VISTA ALEGRE – DISTRICT OF SHAMBOYACU, PROVINCE OF PICOTA, SAN MARTIN ", it has developed in a special way, with the purpose to qualification and practice the knowledges learned in university classrooms. This research was developed in order to homogenize the criteria in the preparation of Technical Files, reaching the necessary Theory of Costs and Budgets, having as an example a periodic maintenance project a country road, providing the possible solutions to the existing road problem. For the development of this engineering report, the basic concepts required in the area of Roads, Costs and Budgets were applied: some learned in the classroom of our faculty, others through bibliographical researches and also the work experience obtained. For this reason, we started collecting the plans and then proceeded to the elaboration of the Analytical Measurements using the EXCEL program, based on the existing drawings we have drawn with the AUTOCAD 2016 Program, then the official information collection of the costs of work was done, materials and equipment, with the data obtained, the unitary cost analysis, the Work Budget, the Input List, the Polynomic Formula, using the S10 Program, and finally to elaborate of the work programming, and the VALUED WORK SCHEDULE, the MS PROJET and EXCEL programs were used.
