El clima laboral y su relación con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la farmacia San José EIRL,Tarapoto - 2015

Abstract

La presente investigación “El clima laboral y su relación con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la Farmacia San José EIRL,Tarapoto-2015”, presentó como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre el clima laboral y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Farmacia San José EIRL, Tarapoto-2015, cuya posible respuesta es que el clima laboral tiene relación directa con el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la farmacia San José -2015, además el diseño de investigación es correlacional, ya que tras describir las variables se estableció la relación entre las mismas. La población-muestra empleada fue de un total de 15 colaboradores, con lo que se pudo concluir que después de la aplicación de la prueba de Rho de Spearman, se obtuvo y probó la relación existente debido a que el valor “r” (Coeficiente correlacional=0.260) demuestra que la relación identificada es directa pero débil, por ende se acepta que el clima laboral tiene relación directa con el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la farmacia San José -2015”., dividiéndose así la presente informe en capítulos : Capítulo I: respecta a la formulación del problema, justificación del estudio, objetivos de la investigación, limitaciones e hipótesis de estudio. Capitulo II: Comprende el marco teórico como los antecedentes y bases teóricas de la investigación y a definición de términos. Capitulo III: Comprende la metodología de la investigación como el tipo de investigación, población y muestra y métodos y técnicas de recolección de datos. Capitulo IV: comprende los resultados descriptivos, explicativos la discusión de resultados. Capítulo V: Comprende las conclusiones y recomendaciones el trabajo de investigación.

The present research "The work climate and its relation with the work performance of the collaborators of the San José EIRL Pharmacy, Tarapoto-2015", had as main objective to determine the relation between the labor climate and the labor performance of the Pharmacy workers San José EIRL, Tarapoto-2015, whose possible response is that the work climate is directly related to the work performance of the workers of the San José pharmacy -2015, in addition the research design is correlational, since after describing the variables was established The relationship between them. Chapter III: Understands the methodology of the research as the type of research, population and sample and methods and techniques of data collection. Chapter IV: includes the descriptive results, explanatory the discussion of results. Chapter V: Understand the findings and recommendations of the research work.
