Propuesta arquitectónica de vivienda multifamiliar de alta densidad, en la intervención de la reestructuración urbana del aeropuerto de Tarapoto

Abstract

La presente tesis consiste en elaborar una propuesta de vivienda multifamiliar de alta densidad dentro de la reestructuración urbana del actual aeropuerto de la ciudad de Tarapoto, región San Martin; con la finalidad de contribuir y solucionar el déficit de áreas verdes y la demanda de viviendas, ofreciendo un aprovechamiento máximo del suelo, generando remanentes libres con el fin principal de compensar los abrumantes escases de espacios públicos libres y áreas verdes. Para entender la esencia de un proyecto como este, se efectuó el análisis de los problemas del tema y el lugar de la intervención. Para conocer sobre la importancia y fundamentos de la vivienda en altura, se presenta un análisis de los antecedentes y evolución a lo largo del tiempo, su importancia, funciones y sus principales características, tanto como una buena investigación de parámetros, normas y reglamentos. Se realizó un exhaustivo informe acerca del comportamiento de la ciudad, la morfología del lugar, sus características físicas y un previo análisis urbano para el planteamiento de la reestructuración urbana del aeropuerto de Tarapoto. Sobre la base de la información recolectada se presentan los conceptos claves para el desarrollo del proyecto, un análisis de las actividades y servicios del usuario a incluir en el programa de necesidades, que fundamenten el cuadro de área de la propuesta de vivienda multifamiliar de alta densidad. Posteriormente se procede con la elaboración paso a paso del proyecto arquitectónico, apoyándonos en planteamientos anteriores.

The present thesis consists in elaborating a proposal of high density multifamily housing within the urban restructuring of the current airport of the city of Tarapoto, San Martin region; With the purpose of contributing and solving the deficit of green areas and the demand of houses, offering a maximum use of the land, generating free remnants with the main purpose of compensating the overwhelming few of free public spaces and green areas. In order to understand the essence of a project like this one, the analysis of the problems of the subject and the place of the intervention was carried out. To know about the importance and fundamentals of housing in height, we present an analysis of the antecedents and evolution over time, their importance, functions and their main characteristics, as well as a good investigation of parameters, norms and regulations. An exhaustive report was made on the behavior of the city, the morphology of the place, its physical characteristics and a previous urban analysis for the urban restructuring of the Tarapoto airport. Based on the information collected, the key concepts are presented for the development of the project, an analysis of the user's activities and services to be included in the needs program, which are the basis for the area table of the high density multifamily housing proposal . Subsequently proceed with the development step by step of the architectural project, based on previous approaches.
