Hipertensión arterial en el embarazo y estado biopsicosocial de las gestantes controladas en el Hospital II ESSALUD - Tarapoto, periodo julio - noviembre 2015

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la hipertensión arterial en el embarazo y el estado biopsicosocial de las gestantes controladas en el Hospital II EsSalud - Tarapoto en el periodo Julio a Noviembre 2015; se utilizó la investigación no experimental, cuantitativa, transversal, correlacional y retroprospectiva. La muestra fue 290 gestantes. Las técnicas fueron, encuesta y recolección documentaria y como instrumentos se utilizó, una lista de cotejo y una encuesta. Los resultados fueron: hipertensión arterial en la población de 18,96%; dentro del estado biopsicosocial, el 45,5%, presentan estrés severo con tendencia a moderado (49,1%); el 67.3% tienen un estilo de vida adecuado y el 32.7% inadecuado; el 23,6% presentan historia personal y familiar de pre-eclampsia, el 29,1% son obesas, el 1,8% tienen diabetes mellitus, el 16,4% son primigravidas y el 1,82% tienen embarazo múltiple. En conclusión al aplicar la prueba no paramétrica chi cuadrado, encontramos que existe relación entre, el estrés moderado a severo (X2=25,960; p = 0,00000), la edad materna mayor de 35 años (X2 = 4,067; p = 0,04700) y la obesidad (X2 = 8,809; p = 0,00400), con la hipertensión arterial (p < 0,05). Finalmente, con un error del 0,016 (p < 0,05) y un valor X2Crít = 3,841 y X2Cal = 6,126 (X2Crít < X2Cal), se demuestra que la variable Hipertensión Arterial guarda relación con el Estado Biopsicosocial de las gestantes controladas en el Hospital II EsSalud – Tarapoto, por tener un p-valor < 0,05 y un valor X2Crít < X2Cal (95%). Se Rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis de investigación.

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between hypertension in pregnancy and the biopsychosocial status of pregnant women in the II EsSalud - Tarapoto Hospital from July to November 2015; in the following study a non-experimental, quantitative, transversal, correlational and retro prospective research was used. The sample was 290 pregnant women. The techniques were, survey and documentary collection and as instruments, a checklist and a survey were used. The results were: arterial hypertension in the population of 18.96%; Within the biopsychosocial state, 45.5% present severe stress with a moderate tendency (49.1%); 67.3% have an adequate lifestyle and 32.7% inadequate; 23.6% have a personal and family history of pre-eclampsia, 29.1% are obese, 1.8% have diabetes mellitus, 16.4% are primigravida and 1.82% have multiple pregnancy. In conclusion when applying the non-parametric chi square test, we found that there is a relationship between moderate to severe stress (X2 = 25.960, p = 0.00000), maternal age over 35 years (X2 = 4.067, p = 0, 04700) and obesity (X2 = 8.809, p = 0.00400), with arterial hypertension (p <0.05). Finally, with an error of 0.016 (p <0.05) and a value X2Crit = 3.841 and X2Cal = 6.126 (X2Crit <X2Cal), it is shown that the variable Arterial Hypertension is related to the Biopsychosocial Status of the pregnant women controlled in the II EsSalud - Tarapoto Hospital, for having a p-value <0.05 and a value X2Crít <X2Cal (95%). The null hypothesis is rejected and accepts the hypothesis of the investigation.
