Propuesta arquitectónico de un terminal terrestre para el mejoramiento de servicio de transporte en el distrito de Moyobamba, región San Martín

Abstract

El crecimiento acelerado de la población y las grandes necesidades de territorio han transformado considerablemente el espacio urbano generando el aumento de la dinámica urbana lo cual se refleja en un aspecto relevante urbanísticamente (transporte interprovincial). La presente investigación analiza y sintetiza toda la problemática latente en la ciudad de Moyobamba a causa de la falta de equipamiento urbano que garantiza la mejor calidad del servicio de transporte de pasajeros y mercancías (Terminal Terrestre), ocasionando la disfuncionalidad de la ciudad como un ente dinámico, variable con los cambios cualitativos y cuantitativos de su espacio físico y sus ocupantes, he aquí donde surge la gran problemática urbana, los objetivos del proyecto, su justificación e importancia así como también el planteamiento de una alternativa de solución a través de la elaboración de un proyecto arquitectónico de un Terminal Terrestre acorde con las exigencias del distrito de Moyobamba, provincia de Moyobamba, región San Martin con la finalidad de mejorar el servicio de transporte interprovincial.

The accelerated growth of the population and the great needs of the territory have considerably transformed the urban space, generating an increase in urban dynamics, which is reflected in a relevant urbanistic aspect (interprovincial transport). The following investigation analyzes and synthesizes all the latent problems in the city of Moyobamba due to the lack of urban equipment that guarantees the best quality of the transport service of passengers and merchandise (Terrestrial Terminal), causing the dysfunctionality of the city as an dynamic entity, variable with the qualitative and quantitative changes of its physical space and its occupants, this is where the great urban problem arises, the objectives of the project, its justification and importance as well as the approach of a solution alternative through the elaboration of an architectural project of a Terrestrial Terminal in accordance with the requirements of the district of Moyobamba, province of Moyobamba, San Martin region with the purpose of improving the interprovincial transport service.
