Costos y presupuesto para el mejoramiento del camino vecinal Campanilla – Ramón Castilla – San Juan de Challuayacu, distrito de Campanilla, provincia Mariscal Cáceres, región San Martín

Abstract

El presente informe, “COSTOS Y PRESUPUESTO PARA EL MEJORAMIENTO DEL CAMINO VECINAL CAMPANILLA – RAMON CASTILLA – SAN JUAN DE CHALLUAYACU, DISTRITO DE CAMPANILLA, PROVINCIA MARISCAL CACERES, REGION SAN MARTIN”, trata sobre la elaboración del expediente técnico de la misma, utilizando software de ingeniería que resulta beneficioso, porque garantiza un adecuado desempeño económico, oportunidad de entrega, calidad satisfacción de los clientes y seguridad. El desarrollo del presente Informe de Ingeniería se inició con la elaboración de Metrados Analíticos utilizando el Programa EXCEL, a partir de Planos existentes dibujados con el Programa AUTOCAD 2012, luego se realizó la recopilación de información oficial de los costos tanto de Mano de Obra, Materiales y Equipo, con los datos obtenidos se procedió a elaborar los Análisis de Costos Unitarios y el Presupuesto de Obra, utilizando para ello el Programa S10 PRESUPUESTO, para la elaboración de la Programación de Obra, y el Calendario Valorizado de Obra se utilizaron los Programas MS PROJECT y EXCEL y finalmente Memoria Descriptiva y las Especificaciones Técnicas se emplearon el programa WORD. Los cuales permitieron la aplicación práctica y facilito la elaboración del expediente técnico de obra y así solucionar los problemas que se presentan en dicho Expedientes Técnicos. Mediante el presente Informe conseguiremos que nuestros conocimientos sean puestos en prácticas y puedan servir para la elaboración de otros informes referentes a costos y presupuestos.

The following report, "COSTS AND BUDGET FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE NEIGHBOR ROAD OF CAMPANILLA - RAMON CASTILLA - SAN JUAN DE CHALLUAYACU, CAMPANILLA DISTRICT, MARISCAL CACERES PROVINCE, SAN MARTIN REGION", deals with the preparation of the technical file of the same, using software of engineering that is beneficial, because it guarantees an adequate economic performance, delivery opportunity, quality, customer satisfaction and security.

The development of this Engineering Report began with the preparation of Analytical Measurements using the EXCEL Program, based on existing Plans drawn with the AUTOCAD 2012 Program, then the official information collection of the costs of both Labor, Materials and Equipment, with the data obtained, the Unit Cost Analysis and the Work Budget were elaborated, using for this the S10 BUDGET Program, for the elaboration of the Work Programming, and the Valued Work Schedule, the MS PROJECT and EXCEL Programs were used and finally the Descriptive Memory and the Technical Specifications were used the WORD program. This allowed the practical application and facilitated the preparation of the technical work file and thus solve the problems that are presented in these technical files.

Through this report, we will ensure that our knowledge is put into practice and can be used to prepare other reports regarding costs and budgets.
