Mejorar la calidad de servicio de los turistas con la implantación de un albergue turístico recreativo en la ciudad de Tarapoto

Abstract

Tarapoto se formó en un valle, entre los ríos Cumbaza y Shilcayo, así como todo asentamiento humano que busca el agua como fuente de vida. Tiene la topografía y relieve irregular en la cual se emplaza y viene a ser una de las tantas virtudes que la caracteriza como la ciudad acogedora que recibe cientos de turistas y extranjeros. Existe un gran potencial en recursos naturales para ser utilizados para el desarrollo de un diseño arquitectónico turístico, también es evidente un déficit en áreas de turismo y recreativas, ya que la mayoría de las mismas son muy pequeñas y no tienen los espacios adecuados para los usuarios haciendo que la distancia en la que se ubican dichos recursos no sea una limitación para ser visitada, en este caso es un equipamiento de carácter hotelero en la ciudad que brinda servicios eficientes, de esa manera contribuir mediante una investigación y hacer que se convierta en un equipamiento que genere un crecimiento económico para el bien de la ciudad. Si bien es cierto esta solución es mirando desde un ámbito global.

La arquitectura juega un papel importante en el desarrollo de esta solución, para que pueda ser factible, la arquitectura tendría que crear espacios óptimos donde se puedan desarrollar las actividades que mejoraran la calidad de servicio a los turistas. Se hizo un estudio de análisis teóricos, tesis, teniendo claros conceptos, se realizó diversas técnicas de recolección de datos lo cual concluyó que el proyecto de albergue turístico es un proyecto factible para poder desarrollar en nuestra ciudad como tesis. La propuesta de valor se basó principalmente en ofrecer un servicio de calidad dentro de un concepto de albergue con una infraestructura sobre un terreno de 3 6930.63 m² estratégicamente ubicado en la parte alta del distrito de Tarapoto. La oferta de alojamiento consta de 28 habitaciones y construidos de concreto, ladrillo, estructura metálica y madera. También se cuenta a su vez con servicios de calidad, con un restaurante donde se ofrecen variados platos regionales, una sala de usos múltiples, sauna, gimnasio y una piscina para los turistas. El albergue turístico recreativo tiene un diseño arquitectónico, especializado en brindar servicios de calidad de hospedaje a turistas extranjeros, nacionales y regionales. Aprovechando de esta manera la demanda de turismo de naturaleza y la escasa oferta de establecimientos de hospedajes.
