Centro de esparcimiento, albergue turistico y rehabilitacion para el adulto mayor en la provincia de Lamas – distrito de Lamas

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada "Centro de esparcimiento, albergue turístico y rehabilitación para el adulto mayor en la Provincia de Lamas – Distrito de Lamas” se origina por la falta de este tipo de equipamiento y las malas condiciones de vida en los adultos mayores de la provincia e incluso en el Departamento de San Martin. Se buscó demostrar que el diseño arquitectónico de un centro de esparcimiento, albergue turístico y rehabilitación para el adulto mayor, contribuye a mejorar significativamente la calidad de vida (Bienestar, felicidad, salud y éxito) del adulto mayor en la provincia de Lamas. Dicha investigación fue de tipo aplicativo, de nivel descriptivo–comparativo y el método utilizado fue el cualicuantitativo, ya que se aplicaron técnicas de recopilación de datos mediante revisiones bibliográficas, encuestas, entrevistas y por otro lado se realizó un análisis arquitectónico y normativo del funcionamiento de los centros de adulto mayor existentes en el Departamento de San Martin (Tarapoto, Moyobamba y Rioja). La información y dato obtenido más resaltante fue que carecen de instalaciones de recreación, hospedaje y rehabilitación. Para la investigación se trabajó con una muestra de personas adultas mayores, a la que se le aplicó una encuesta N1, obteniendo como resultados que actualmente tienen una baja calidad de vida. La que genero el planteamiento de la propuesta del Centro de adulto Mayor. Y posteriormente se midió el grado de satisfacción mediante un cuadro comparativo de los cuatro factores de la variable dependiente - Calidad de Vida (Bienestar, felicidad, salud y éxito). El aporte de la investigación radica en que se demuestra que un diseño arquitectónico con características y cualidades propias que brinde un valor agregado al proyecto, si contribuye a mejorar significativamente la calidad de vida del adulto mayor, siendo representados de forma escrita y gráfica, desarrollados en los respectivos planos y 3D.

The following research, entitled as "Recreation center, tourist shelter and rehabilitation for seniors in the Province of Lamas - District of Lamas" rises from the lack of this type of equipment and poor living conditions in the elderly in the province and also in the Department of San Martín. We seek to demonstrate that the architectural design of a recreation center, tourist shelter and rehabilitation for the older adult, contribute to improve the quality of life of the adult in the province of Lamas. This research was a descriptive-comparative level according to the type of application and the method used was the quantitative one, since techniques of data collection are applied through bibliographies, surveys, interviews and on the other hand, an architectural and normative analysis of the operation at the Seniors Care Center existing in the Department of San Martín (Tarapoto, Moyobamba and Rioja). The information and performance obtained most outstanding was that they lack facilities for recreation, lodging and rehabilitation. For the investigation, we worked with a sample of older adults, to whom an N1 survey was applied, obtaining as results that currently have a low quality of life. The one that generated the approach of the proposal of the Senior Adult Center, then the degree of satisfaction was measured by a comparative table of the four factors of the dependent variable - Quality of Life (Wellbeing, happiness, health and success). The contribution of the research lies in the fact that it is demonstrated that an architectural design with characteristics and qualities that provide added value to the project, if it contributes to significantly improve the quality of life of the elderly, being represented in written and graphic form, developed in the respective blue prints and 3D emulators.
