El soporte logístico y su relación con la competitividad internacional de las empresas exportadoras en la provincia de San Martin, 2016

Abstract

La presente investigación “El Soporte Logístico y su relación con la Competitividad Internacional de las empresas exportadoras en la provincia de San Martin, 2016”, tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el Soporte Logístico con la Competitividad Internacional de las empresas exportadoras en la provincia de San Martin, para ello se tuvo una población conformada por 24 colaboradores de las 8 empresas en mención, a los cuales se aplicaron las encuestas formuladas de acuerdo a los indicadores de cada variable, el diseño de investigación es correlacional. Se recolecto datos de la muestra para que posteriormente se puedan procesar los resultados recolectados en la investigación, se utilizó el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson para el cálculo de la correlación, obteniendo de esta manera los resultados de acuerdo a los objetivos; concluyendo que existe un regular soporte logístico por parte de las empresas, debido a que lo más resaltante es en cuanto a la determinación de necesidades de los clientes y deseos de los consumidores, los envíos llegan en el tiempo exacto y en buen estado, existe una regular competitividad de las empresas exportadoras, debido a que los productos brindados es de calidad aplicando una alta tecnología para ello, esforzándose cada día en mejorar a través de retroalimentaciones diferenciándose de una u otra forma de la competencia por la calidad mostrada contribuyendo al mejoramiento del nivel de vida de la población, llegando a la conclusión principal que si existe una relación directa fuerte entre el Soporte Logístico y la Competitividad Internacional, siendo esta relación significante debido, a que el valor de significancia es 0.000, es menor a 0.05, por lo que se acepta la hipótesis alterna (Hi) y se rechaza la hipótesis nula (Ho).

The following investigation "The logistic support and its relation with the international competitiveness of the exporting companies in the province of san Martin, 2016", has like general objective to determine the relation between the logistical support with the international competitiveness of the exporting companies in the province of San Martin, for this there was a population consisting of 24 employees of the 8 companies in question, to which the surveys formulated according to the indicators of each variable were applied, the research design is correlational.
