Fortalecimiento y mejoramiento del estudio y difusión del arte y cultura en la ciudad de Chazuta mediante un centro de investigación cultural, 2017

Abstract

La presente tesis es el resultado de la preocupación frente a los diferentes acontecimientos culturales que está ocurriendo en la ciudad de Chazuta, ya que esta ciudad es una de los lugares de la región con mayores recursos culturales tantos en sus costumbres y artesanías, como en restos arqueológicos pertenecientes a sus antepasados. Estos acontecimientos que se refiere son las diferentes situaciones malas que está pasando, como el mal cuidado de algunos restos arqueológicos, la perdida de la costumbre por parte la población, por falta de espacios donde se puedan desarrollar estas diferentes actividades y sobre todo la falta de interés por parte las autoridades y otros factores más que durante la investigación se va haciendo mención. Por todo lo expuesto, con este trabajo realizado se buscó mejorar la riqueza cultural que tiene la ciudad de Chazuta, realizando un análisis previo sobre la situación actual de todos los espacios y manifestaciones culturales, viendo si se estuvo difundiendo adecuadamente y si estaban en buenas condiciones, buscando todo tipo información utilizando herramientas como la elaboración de documentos y entrevistas realizadas. Además, que se contactó con las diferentes instituciones que se dedican al área de cultura en Chazuta, para conocer e indagar más en términos reales sobre futuros planes que se tiene, y además de darles a conocer sobre el proyecto nuestro, de esta manera se logró un trato directo con diferentes autoridades de la ciudad y notándolos con bastante interés en apoyar, lo cual facilito con datos para el desarrollo del presente proyecto. La propuesta que se desarrolla en este proyecto se logra gracias al trabajo en conjunto con las diferentes autoridades y personas dedicadas a la cultura de la ciudad, para obtener un diseño moderno, funcional, acogedor, de carácter predominante y académico, que represente e identifica a la ciudad de Chazuta. De esta manera para finalizar, se obtiene un proyecto arquitectónico que se respalda a través de un concepto de identidad, rescatando espacios que aún no tuvieron ningún tipo de uso, y hacerlo operativo para toda la población de Chazuta, antes analizando los diferentes factores que estuvieron involucrados dentro del desarrollo del proyecto como: entorno, estudio ambiental, terreno, topografía, análisis de servicios básicos, entre otros para poder tener un proyecto arquitectónico correctamente emplazado dentro de un entorno coherente con la ciudad y así tener como resultado una propuesta adecuada y con un diseño acuerdo a todo el proceso de investigación.

The following thesis is the result of the concern with the different cultural events that is taking place in the city of Chazuta, since this city is one of the places in the region with the greatest cultural resources in its customs and crafts, as in remains archaeological belonging to their ancestors. These events referred to, are the different bad situations that are happening, such as the poor care of some archaeological remains, the loss of custom by the population, lack of spaces where these different activities can be developed and especially the lack of interest on the part of the authorities and other factors more than during the investigation is being mentioned. For all the above, this work was aimed at improving the cultural wealth of the city of Chazuta, making a preliminary analysis of the current situation of all cultural spaces and events, seeing if it was disseminated properly and if they were in good condition. , looking for all kinds of information using tools such as the preparation of documents and interviews. In addition, we contacted the different institutions that are dedicated to the area of culture in Chazuta, to know and inquire more in real terms about future plans that we have, and also to let them know about our project, in this way we achieved a direct deal with different authorities of the city and noticing them with enough interest in supporting, which facilitated with data for the development of the present project. The proposal that is developed in this project is achieved thanks to the work together with the different authorities and people dedicated to the culture of the city, to obtain a modern, functional, welcoming design, of predominant and academic character, that represents and identifies the city of Chazuta. In this way, to finish, an architectural project is obtained that is supported through a concept of identity, rescuing spaces that still had no use whatsoever, and making it operational for the entire population of Chazuta, before analyzing the different factors that were involved in the development of the project such as: environment, environmental study, land, topography, analysis of basic services, among others to be able to have an architectural project properly located within a coherent environment with the city and thus have as a result an adequate proposal and a design according to the entire research process.
