Liquidación del proyecto: de la línea de conducción del mejoramiento del sistema de agua del distrito de rioja región San Martin

Abstract

El presente Informe de Ingeniería se desarrolló en la Escuela Académico Profesional de Ingeniería Civil de la Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Arquitectura de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín - Tarapoto, con fines de titulación como Ingeniero Civil, en cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente para este caso. El propósito del documento, es analizar los diferentes factores que influyen en el cálculo de la LIQUIDACIÓN del Proyecto: “De La Línea De Conducción Del Mejoramiento Del Sistema De Agua Del Distrito De Rioja Región San Martin en base a lo mencionado se elaboró la presente liquidación final de la obra a base de los planos pos-construcción, mediante el metrado del mismo y calculo final de la obra. El desarrollo del presente Informe de Ingeniería se inició con la elaboración de la planilla de Metrados utilizando formatos en el Programa EXCEL, a partir de los Planos existentes dibujados con el Programa AUTOCAD 2005, luego se realizó la recopilación de información oficial de los costos tanto de Mano de Obra, Materiales y Equipo, con los datos obtenidos se procedió a elaborar los Análisis de Costos Unitarios, el Presupuesto de Obra, Relación de Insumos, Fórmula Polinómica, utilizando para ello el Programa S10, y finalmente para la elaboración de la Programación de Obra, y el Calendario Valorizado de Obra y el Calendario de Adquisición de Insumos se utilizaron los Programas MS PROJET y EXCEL.

The present Engineering Report was developed in the Professional Academic School of Civil Engineering of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture of the National University of San Martín - Tarapoto, with the purpose of qualification as Civil Engineer, in compliance with the current regulations for this case. The purpose of the document is to analyze the different factors that influence the calculation of the LIQUIDATION of the Project: "FROM THE DRIVING LINE OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE DISTRICT OF RIOJA SAN MARTIN REGION based on the aforementioned the present liquidation was elaborated final of the work based on the post-construction plans, through the meter of the same and final calculation of the work. The development of this Engineering Report began with the preparation of the Metrados form using formats in the EXCEL Program, based on the existing Drawings drawn with the AUTOCAD 2005 Program, then the official information collection of the costs was made. Labor, Materials and Equipment, with the data obtained, the Unit Cost Analysis, the Work Budget, the Input Ratio, the Polynomial Formula were developed, using for this the S10 Program, and finally for the preparation of the Programming of Work, and the Valorized Work Schedule and the Acquisition Acquisition Calendar were used the MS PROJET and EXCEL Programs.
