This investigation of the business plan deals with the manufacture of Toilet Soap with Grado Blood, which is oriented to give value to the medicinal plants that exist in our San Martin Region, besides turning it into a toilet article for the development of the tourism. This soap made with latex of Sangre de Grado (Crotonlechleri), coconut oil and other organic components, contains properties that help moisturize and renege the skin due to its maximum Taspina component that has the ability to promote the migration of fibroblasts in the skin, which accelerates the healing process as the main function. Considering all these properties, we plan to create organic soap by rescuing the mystique of the jungle and giving value to the millenary plant, thanks to the fame of the resin of Sangre de Grado and its ancestral healing benefits. The distribution of the soap would be through the different points of sale of greater tourist affluence generating shared profitability between the tourist entrepreneur and the suppliers, those who give us the raw material contributing to the local, regional and national economy. The idea of the business in development, plans to be supported with advertising through a marketing plan, for which we will consider working with a locution that makes tacit what we seek with the product, "De la Selva su Jabon", so that is known as a personalized and familiar product. This product would be positioned in the market of organic products to be distributed nationally and internationally and get to know the brand Peru.
